Shoe Sizing

There is no universally accepted international conversion for shoe sizing; it may also vary slightly from collection to collection among our different styles.

The same size shoe in the same style can sometimes also vary by about 4mm.
More than 97% of shoes we size successfully fit 1st time around.
We do recommend though you measure the length of your foot "toe to heel" and check with sizes on our listings.
If the size in not listed request it and we will measure the exact shoe you will be bidding on.

Its important to know that the majority of shoe's sold in Australia are actually a USA Sizing imported from China.
This means you may think you are a Size 9 Australian but all along you have been purchasing Size 9 USA shoe's.

RETURNS

Returns are accepted depending on a case to case basis.
Merchandise Credit usually offered providing the Shoes are returned in the Exact new unsoiled condition you received them in and returned within 7 days.
So please try them on 1st with stockings.
Please Note!! we do not Exchange on Auction items.

We do not accept Returns or Exchange on our Lingerie Clubwear Costume Bikini line which include G-Strings etc due to Hygiene Reasons.

Buyers are also responsible to pay all postage costs including any return postage so we can ship your Exchange pair out to you.
