Delivery Times

We try and ship everything as soon as possible and as  soon as payment has been cleared, unlike others on Ebay

Normally if you have purchased an item before 4.30 PM Monday to Friday it will be shipped that day, If we are super on top of things then the cut off time can be as late as 5:00 PM, (depending on the last pick up by Royal Mail) If you have purchased on a Saturday or Sunday, it will normally leave Monday Morning.

Delivery Charges

We try our best to keep the delivery charge as low as possible. If you are unhappy with the delivery charge applied, please do not purchase. When comparing prices we urge you to compare the "Total Delivered Price" , this is the cost of the item Including postage costs. You will see that we are cheaper than others on Ebay.  

Returns

Everything we sell comes with a one year warranty. We will refund or exchange any item that is returned to us (at your cost) and found to be faulty within the Year. Please retain the original packaging. In addition, goods can be returned within 14 days for any reason as long as the item is "as new" & sealed in a resalable condition. Please e-mail us before returning any item. The buyer pays all return costs.
