• We are an established business operating from 2001 with an established brick and mortar shop front.

• We will provide you a tax invoice for all purchases, so you can claim it on tax (if allowed by law) or if required to claim insurance for any reason, you have the document to prove the value of item.

• Delivery and handling charge for first item depend on your post code and item weight. Please visit  item page and select the charge corresponding to the item weight (ex: 2.4 kg will be charged as 3kg for shipping)

• The delivery and handling charge listed on eBay listing  is only for major cities in Eastern Australia. Other cities email deliveryebay@flexisoft.com.au    and look at the delivery charge for the corresponding weight. This charge is only for the first item you buy.

• Items will not be combined for shipping unless agreed by email with us. Shipping discounts for multiple items, if offered will be as per eBay listing, No other negotiations.

• Items will not be shipped to P.O. Box address unless agreed before bidding. Make sure you have your name, road side address including Suburb name is included in the eBay address. (ex:  Melbourne 3170 is not accepted for suburb Mulgrave, correct way will be  Mulgrave Vic 31709 )

• Delivery and handling charge for additional items will be as per eBay "Each Additional item " price listing.

• If you are not happy about delivery and handling charge or price, do not bid.

Small print :

1. Shipping is arranged by us and we reserve the right to ship it through our choice of courier or post, unless agreed otherwise, before bidding.
2. Normal delivery take between 1-3 days. But please allow up to 7 working days for delivery, after the proof of payment provided.
3. Delivery hours between 9am to 5pm only. No weekend, holiday or after hours delivery available.
4. We are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to any goods in transit, while due care is taken to pack them properly and record the shipping details. (Items more than $50 in value will be shipped so that the delivery can be traced and if lost in transit, we will make an insurance claim from the courier and will ship replacement goods later. But please note that, this  process may take up to 3 months and the bidder/customer also has to provide proof and other documents including an statutory declaration to say, the item has not been received. )
5. Pickup is not available unless specified in the listing.

• Payment is to be received within 5 days from the end of the sale or auction.

Direct deposit, Westpac Bank  BSB: 033689 Account no : 185 041    Put your eBay ID followed by the last 5 digits (or the full number if you have space)  of  item number in deposit so that it appears on our account. -Item ID only will not help as many people buy the same item. If you put only item number,  we cannot find who deposited the money as many people buy the same item in multiple listing. (So your order will be delayed)

1b . Take a screen print of the intent banking confirmation page with all details. To do that press the [Print Screen]  or [Prt Scrn] button on your keyboard top right hand corner.  Then open the Paint program in Windows. Click Edit-. Paste.  Save that image for later verification or to be emailed to us if requested.

3. Cheque or Money orders accepted, But may take up to 7 days to deposit in Bank and clear the funds.

Any Changes required MUST be requested by email through eBay email system   AFTER the purchase.  

1. Bidders should read and agree all of the Warranty, Return and Refund Policy   before bidding.
2. The successful high bidder must complete the sale transaction (including payment) within 5 days from the date of receipt of email notification following the end of the sale. otherwise, high-bidder will be consider as NON-PAY buyer.
3. We stick to all trading rules applied by eBay.
4. Any errors or omissions in the item details is unintentional.
5. Do not bid  if you do not intend to pay and purchase within 5 days or not happy with the delivery charge.
6. Any item not mentioned in the list as included should be considered as not included. (Example: Computer systems sold may be sold without monitor, keyboard, mouse, external cables, speakers and Microsof Windows unless spefically mentioned as included items. )

1. Shipping and Handling fee on warranty and return items are at the bidders cost.
2. Most items of computer hardware will come with documentation with manufacturers contact number for warranty. Those items you need to contact them for any issues after the initial 7 days period.
3. If  there are any problems, please contact us, and we shall endeavour to resolve any issues.
4. We are not responsible for any losses in shipping by you back to us. Merchandise should be properly packed in a cardboard box  and insured with the carrier for the full amount of purchase. (Just a bubble wrap envelop is not considered proper packing)
5. Returned items should include all accessories in original packing  and should not have any signs of physical damage including scratch marks, burn marks or similar. Any items with signs of abuse or intentional damage will be returned to sender at sender's cost.
6. Short-shipments, DOA (Dead On Arrival) and Deviations of products must be reported and shipped back within 3 days from delivery date.
7. Inspect the package outside before accepting from the courier / delivery person. If damaged check the content inside is not damaged. (Unless shipping / postage insurance is requested, items are not covered for damage in shipping )
8. Returns will be subjected  to a 25% restocking fee, if it is not our fault.
9. Computer components may need reasonable technical knowledge to install properly, and we are not responsible for any lack of technical know-how.
10. Features not required for the functioning of the item will not be covered by warranty, including LCD displays, fancy lights.
11. Warranty for items with documents (or invoice) showing  the manufactures contact number, will be provided by the manufacturer. Please contact them and follow their instructions to resolve the issue before contacting us.
12. If item was tested and found to be without fault, labour charge will apply to the customer.
13. Detail description of the fault is required with returned items, Just the words "Faulty" or "Not working" or words with similar meaning is not accepted as proper fault description.
