All deliveries are handled by Australia Post Service. Please allow approximately 1 week for delivery, however, most deliveries arrive much sooner.

Australian Buyer

• Payment is due at end of sale or auction. Payment is required WITHIN FIVE [5] DAYS of close of sale or auction. You will be notified via email as soon as your payment has been processed.
• Preferred Payment Method for Australian Buyers: Internet Banking Transfer, Direct Deposit, Money Orders, Bank Cheque, PayPal, or unused postage stamps (for transaction under $5).
• We do not accept credit cards or personal cheques at this time.
• Please ensure you deposit the correct amount, and leave your eBay username or item number (minimum last 8 digits) as a reference when using the Bank Transfer / Direct Deposit method or delays are likely.
• Please contact us if you provided any other reference number or reference code when using bank transfer or delays are likely.
• Please be aware that ebay are placing paypal at the top of all buyers choices for payment. If our bank details are not shown to you at checkout and you would like to use this form of payment, please send us an email and we will get an email to you with these details.

  * Paypal e-cheque payments are NOT instantly received payments, please allow for clearance time (approx. 7 days)

 

Overseas Buyer

• We offer International Shipping on most of our swap cards and playing cards to worldwide especially New Zealand, United Kingdom, United States, and Canada.
• Please check the specific item listing under shipping terms to find out whether that item can be shipped internationally.
• We prefer PayPal for international payments. Payment details will be sent out once you're the winning bidder of the auction.
• Please contact us if you have any questions RE: Postage and Payment Method.

 

Postage & Delivery

• All deliveries are handled by Australia Post Service. Postage is buyer's choice. Buyer pays for Postage and Handling.

• Parcel will be sent by Regular post UNLESS buyer pays for Registered delivery.
• Our main mailing day is Thursday.
• Goods once shipped is buyer's responsibility. Registered post is highly recommended for peace of mind of both parties.
• Insurance optional to cover loss and damage in transit (which is beyond our control and responsibility).
• Please allow approximately 1 week for delivery, however, most deliveries arrive much sooner.
• Please contact us after 7 days if item not received and we will assist you in this regard promptly.
• Overseas order will be sent via Australia Regular Air Mail. Air Mail will take 5-10 working days depending on your local Post Network and Customs. Please contact us for other optional services.
• Please ensure your address is up to date on the eBay page, as this is where your item(s) will be sent.
• Alternatively, pickup can be arranged in the Doncaster area at a time and place which suits both parties.

Returns

All packages are thoroughly inspected prior to shipment to ensure product accuracy and condition.

We do not provide RETURNS or EXCHANGE.

Returns are accepted only in case legitimate mistake by us, items must be recieved within 14 days of end of sale.

Exchange can only be negotiated depends on the stock (i.e. size or colour) but strictly not LINGERIE due to personal hygiene reason.

If returns or exchange is available, it must include all original items undamaged, in re-saleable condition & all original packaging, etc. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs incurred shipping products back.
