Here you will find all sorts of things for sale - mainly books and music but other things when I clear them out.

I have yet to sell an asteroid, or any other non-terrestrial item. There is a reason for the asteroid name but it's unlikely to become clear to anyone in the near future.

The great majority of the things I'm selling are items from our shelves that we no longer need, want, or have room for anymore.

Keep on checking this page. We own far too many things and even with selling on Ebay we never seem to have any less - which is what comes of touring the local charity shops and various websites too frequently. I am far too addicted to buying things - especially books and music - but then I look at the shelves and there is no room. This house is almost literally bulging and it doesn't get any better.

It's very fortunate that we don't own a car so I can only get to a car boot sale a few times a year. Otherwise I think a course of hypnosis would be needed to cure me of my addiction and stop the house collapsing under the weight of everything in it.

I used to buy some things just for the fun of trying to resell them. As of April 1st 2008 I have decided that I will no longer do that. The little money being made and the large amount of work required really didn't make it worthwhile anymore. So everything I sell from now on will either be something we've owned for years, something we've bought ourselves and then decided we don't really want after all or sometimes things bought in a batch of books or music that we wanted some of. If I do start buying things just to sell them again I'll start a new account for that purpose.

You never know what you'll find in my listings. Come to think of it, I never know what I'll find. And I never know what I'll want to clear out next. As I look round the house there is a lot that could be cleared out but I think I'll be selling less in the future than in the past.
