Our product is sourced worldwide and carries a variety of region coding. Please ensure your player can play the required DVD or Blu-Ray format as we cannot replace or refund incorrect purchases once the product is unsealed.
The majority of new DVD players are capable of playing any region DVDs, if in doubt ask us prior to purchase.
Gamestations (ie, XBox, Ps2) will not play DVDs from outside of their region, ie. Australian Pal XBox will not play Region 1 or 2 DVDs.
The majority of our DVD and CD product will ship sealed. Some smaller studios may provide stock unsealed, however it is new and carries a full warranty.

• US Domestic Orders: We use USPS receipted delivery only.
• Orders outside of the USA: Normal delivery times are 12-20 working days, but will vary for more remote locations. This timeframe is an indication only, we have no control over USPS or the local postal delivery service in this regard.
• We highly recommend the optional postal insurance and are not liable for any items lost or damaged in the mail which are uninsured! Please be aware of this prior to purchase.
• Customs & import taxes: Atomic Movies are not responsible for any import taxes or customs duties - this applies to customers in the UK, Canada, Ireland and Europe
• Orders shipping within Australia (Region 4 releases) We use registered post only

Pricing: Our shipping prices are weight based and often you will find our airmail rates as good if not better than those offered within Australia! We include a very small handling charge in all prices which covers labor and packaging.

• Returns are accepted for factory faulty items. Faulty items must be returned to us for testing prior to replacement. Discs with visible surface scratches will not be replaced.
• We offer product replacement only, a refund or alternative will be offered if the product is no longer available.
• Mis-ships: In the event an incorrect item is received it must not be unsealed - unsealed items are not returnable. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange return/replacement.
• Please make sure of your region coding prior to purchase as we do not exchange or refund items which are incorrectly chosen.
• We may consider returns at our discretion for goods returned in brand new unopened condition - the buyer will be responsible for any shipping charges and a 10% restocking fee will apply.
• Please contact us prior to returning any item.
