ABOUT US   

b1brokers is an Australian owned and operated factory outlet, trading exclusively online.
We do all our transactions online and ship goods either from our warehouse or directly from our vendors warehouses. In 2008 we completed our first 3 years of online trading with over 10,000 transactions and deliveries Australia-wide.

Important:  When making payments always include your Ebay User ID as a reference. If you can only use numbers then use the last eight digits of the item

number.

CONDITIONS OF SALE

• By bidding on our auction(s) you are agreeing to our follow through with payment if you're the winner.
• Please include Ebay transaction number or your Ebay ID in payment notification / description. Very important!
• The successful high bidder must complete the sale transaction within 3 days from the end of the auction.
• All item prices include GST.
• While all care is taken, any errors or omissions in the item details is unintentional.
• All pictures contained within thr listings are for illustration purposes only. Products may differ slightly.
• Please include Ebay transaction number or your Ebay ID in payment notification / description. Very important!
• Delivery by regular post only (No Pickup, no exception).
• Average delivery time is 2-5 days (Allow up to 14 days delivery).
• While all care is taken, any error or omission is unintentional.
• If problems do arise, please do not leave negative feed back. We will ALWAYS do our best to resolve any issues.
• We reserve the rights to refuse the order for the bidders having zero, negative or hidden feedback and all non-registered bidders which is reported from ebay.

Please Do NOT BID if You Are NOT 100% in agreement with all Policy listed above.
Your bid is a contract. Place a bid only if you're serious about buying the item. If you are the winning bidder, you will enter into a legally binding contract to purchase the item.

 

SHIPPING CONDITIONS

• Pick-ups are not possible. (No exceptions)
• Item will not ship until payment has been received in full.
• No weekend or after hours delivery available.
• B1brokers is not directly liable for any loss, theft, or damage to any goods in transit.
• If problems do arise, please do not leave negative feed back. We will ALWAYS do our best to resolve any issues.
• No negations on shipping. Shipping / handling / packaging / INSURANCE are Fixed. Thank you.
• Postal insurance is required for covering any postal loss and damage. We are not responsible for any uninsured items lost in the mail.

Please do not bid if you disagree with the shipping and handling charge.
We will ship within 24 hours after receiving your payment. No shipping on weekends and public holidays. Delivery usually takes 1 - 7 business days.
We currently ship to Australia only.

 

RETURNS

If your item arrives faulty due to manufacturing we will happily exchange it for a new one. If we cannot provide an exchange a refund will be given.

Email us at sales@b1brokers.com.au with your ebay User ID and the reason for return. Returns cannot be accepted unless we have first been contacted by email.

• We are not responsible for any parcel that is lost or damaged in transit however we will assist in locating it or obtaining a replacement.
• Customers are required to report any faulty or defective product within 7 days of receiving the item.
• The buyer is liable for any return postage fees. If the buyer sends back the item by C.O.D. service it will NOT be accepted.
• The returned item must be in new condition with the full packaging, otherwise an exchange /refund will not be issued.

Please Note: For all returned non-faulty items as identified by our technical department, the buyer is responsible for the shipping and handling fee for re-sending the item back to buyer.

It is not acceptable to refund/replace an item if a buyer merely feels unhappy becuase the item is not what they expected, or that they have simply changed their minds.
