Authenticity covers Class(Solid etc), Type(Crystal, Black, etc), Origin(Coober Pedy, etc) and Setting (if applicable) Our Guarantee covers any defect in materials or craftsmanship. We will repair or replace a piece up to 12 months from purchase if it is a result of faulty workmanship. However any defect caused by misuse, physical abuse or accident is not covered.
