Hi, my name is Jane and a couple of years ago I put in motion my dream to open a store which sells quality creative products. This dream was realised in the form of an on line store on ebay after working for some time as an Occupational Therapist.

I was employed to assist both children and adults to develop skills through a range of activities including play and art. In my work I found that creative activities had a huge impact on my clients, largely because they are motivating and rewarding.

I strongly believe that inspiration is the key to taking on new challenges. With the help of those around me I have been seeking out materials that I would like to think inspire both children and adults to try new activities and build relationships together.

Big Blue Frog currently resides at my family's home in the wonderful west of Melbourne. 

You will probably notice that I stock a great deal of facepainting items. This is a special interest area for me as I love the interaction that children have with facepainters - the freedom to choose designs, experience the feeling of paint applied to their faces and then their surprise when they look at the end result. It is such a terrific activity for performers, those working with children and families.  I have learnt much about this skill / activity and recently had the pleasure of organising workshops in Melbourne with Chantal 'the fairy' - the author of the 'Face Art' book. I always have heaps of paint in stock and am more than happy to try to source face painting items.

I am gradually putting together listings of other popular items and if you are looking for something or have any suggestions of creative products, please let me know.

I currently mail out products through Australia Post and keep postage charges reasonable - I do add a modest packaging fee to ensure that your items get to you in tip top shape.
