| Customer service & return policy
We take pride in customer satisfaction
and our extremely high level of repeat business so will
always do our best to ensure you are happy with your
purchase.
If you are not entirely
happy with an item please email us within three (3) days
of receipt and we will work with you to resolve the
situation.
We will refund in full (including
postage) only if there is a legitimate manufacturing fault or
if the item sent is the wrong one. We do not refund on any liquid or powder products due to health laws, please choose carefully.
We do not refund for change of mind, nor refund if the item has been used. The buyer is responsible for all postage costs on returned items. If we agree to accept return a 20% restocking fee applies, postage will not be reimbursed. The item must be unused and in original packaging and undamaged.
All returns must be authorised before
being sent - unexpected returns will not be opened and will be
marked return to sender.
All items returned must be in the same
packaging and same condition as you received them, we package our
items carefully and expect that you do the same.
*special note regarding Lingerie
items - we
will not in any circumstances refund or exchange on any item that
has had the tags removed or shows signs of being worn, please try
your article on before removing the tags.
We do not refund or exchange if an item
does not fit - all details are provided on the auction but if you
require further information/measurements please
ask.
We do not refund or exchange if you
simply change your mind, we will always describe and photograph our
items accurately and honestly so you can be sure that what you
see is what you get. |
