Selling books on Ebay has been a natural progression. My first job was helping my parents sell records and books at Rocklea Markets approx 30 years ago. Needless to say, everyone in my family reads every single day.
Ozbookshop (known as The Lifestyle Bookshop on Ebay) is a family owned and run business which I could not manage without my parents help!
My mum (Lillie) compiles all of the listings both on ebay and our website. She spends her day listing and scanning books! My Dad (Mark) helps me buy books on the weekends when he isnt busy teaching Ju Jitsu. We both have a lot of fun scouring good buys from garage sales, markets and book fairs. Our houses are constantly overrun with thousands of books - but we love it!

In the last year, I have created the Ozbookshop website. The website has been a very long time in coming as I have a background in Web Design. The site is great and has really helped our organisation and efficiency. Our website is fully integrated with Ebay and all purchases on ebay are paid through the website. The whole process is automated and saves us a lot of time and ensures all of our information is in one place.
It is my job to transfer all of the books my mum has prepared onto our website and then onto Ebay. I also do all of the wrapping and posting of the books each day to ensure you receive your books as soon as possible. So much of our feedback mentions our lightning fast postage time, so I must be doing something right!
