Payment Options
Direct Deposit into our National Australia Bank Account (Preferred). Our account details will be displayed when you go through checkout. If making deposit over the counter, please ensure that your user id is left as a narrative. A cash deposit can take days to investigate and this will hold up the delivery of your purchases.
Paypal is accepted for all purchases. This is the only payment method for our overseas customers.
Bank Cheque/Money Order. Our address details will be displayed when you go through checkout.
Postage
For all items purchased within a 5 day period, we are happy to combine postage. You must email us when you have finished shopping so we can combine the items and save you money on postage. We can post up to 500g for the same price ($7.20).
At Absolute Lingerie we do NOT charge a handling fee. The postage cost includes actual postage cost + the cost of the tough bag.
Items are posted within 48 hours of payments being received.
eParcel
From 14th May, all items will be posted using eParcel. This is a new service offered by Australia Post which offers the following:

Online tracking of the parcel once it has been posted. This option saves both your time & ours when delivery queries arise. Your tracking number will be emailed to you once your parcel has been posted. Just click here to go to Australia Post's website and track your order.
- Insurance up to $100- is automatic
- Signature is required for collection
- All items will be sent using Expres Post eParcel to allow for faster delivery
As Ebay does not have an eParcel postage option yet, all items will be listed as Express Post.
Terms of Sale
- Contact to be made in 3 days with payment to be made in 7 days unless otherwise arranged.
- Direct Deposit is preferred. We will also accept Paypal, Bank Cheques or Money Orders.
- NO PERSONAL CHEQUES will be accepted.
- Sizes are taken directly from the tag on item - so please check your sizes properly before bidding!
Refund/Exchange policy
Refunds are only offered if the items are faulty or incorrectly listed.
You must email me as soon as the item is received and it needs to be returned to me within 10 business days.
If there is nothing in our store that is suitable for the exchange, you will receive a credit to be used in our store within 3 months.
We do not give refunds because you have changed your mind.
Exchanges or refunds are not given on underwear.
If you are exchanging a bra/lingerie set, you must wear not try the underwear on "skin on skin".
You must notify us within 3 days of receiving the item/s that you are wanting to make an exchange.
We must receive the item/s within 10 days of your notification.
The buyer pays for return postage to us and also the postage back to them.
Items must be posted back to us using Registered Post.
The goods must be in original, NEW condition. This includes any packaging and swing tags. The tags must not have been removed.
There is to be no smoking around the item/s.
There are to be no pets/animals around the item/s.
Absolute Lingerie reserves the right to deny an exchange/refund if any of the above items are not adhered to.
