1. Guarantee: All items are new and inspected before shipment, but sometimes there may be an issue with an item. If for any reason you would like to return an item please email us at caratgems@cox.net  for a return authorization within 7 days of receipt of merchandise for a refund of purchase price.

Shipping: Caratgems ships most items USPS within 24 to 48 hours after payment has been received. As of 09/09 ebay has eliminated optional insurance. To keep my prices as low as possible and keep Free Shipping I will not offer shipping insurance on my items.
