Return Policy
As a reseller we DO care that our customers are happy with their purchase. Therefore we do offer a return policy:
Carlson Systems guarantees all of our items to work and be free from manufacturer's defects. Defective items may be returned within 7 days of receipt for a replacement (at our discretion this item may be repaired). Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs on all defective merchandise returned after 7 days. Repaired merchandise will be returned at our cost. Non-defective items may be returned UNOPENED within 14 days of receipt for a refund of the purchase price of the item(s). Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Items that are received by the customer that are listed as used will have a 3 day window from date of receipt to file a complaint about a non working piece of equipment. If tool does not work we will fix it, replace it, or refund you IF we are unable to replace or repair it. Buyer is responsible for ALL shipping costs to and from on used merchandise that is purchased.

*Defective merchandise that is returned and is found to be caused by neglect or misuse of the product by the owner will be returned directly to the buyer.
