Q: Is this item expired?
A: Unless otherwise noted, we do not know the expiration dates on our cartridges, but have sold 1000's like it to happy customers. The information is given in the Important section of every auction.

Q: Do you discount multiple shipping?
A:Yes, we do offer a discount for multiple orders! Your discount will be 40% off the shipping of each additional item won, unless of course, one of the items already comes with free shipping. If you plan on purchasing more than one item with us, please wait until all of your auctions with us have ended before making payment so that we can be sure to invoice the items together in order to ship them together. We can combine any orders than end within a week of the first auctions end date. If you have any questions, please let me know. You will receive checkout instructions for each auction you win, but please just disregard them if you plan on making multiple purchases. Please let me know when you are ready to checkout and I will make sure you are sent a correct invoice.

Q: Do I have to use the Vendio Checkout?
A: While you do not absolutely have to use the Vendio checkout, please understand that we use Vendio to help us get the product to the customer as smoothly as possible. It handles all of our listings from start to finish and tells us when an item has been paid and when to ship it, so if you do not pay through our checkout, we may not know you paid at all! So if you do decide to not use it, please inform me so that I can make sure your items still ship promptly!

Q: What are your shipping charges?
A: Shipping varies with every auction, and because of that, we always put our shipping price on each auction we list. You will find that information in the listing, towards the bottom of the page.

Q: Do you ship Internationally?
A: Gladly! We will ship to wherever our customers are! You will find our International shipping prices towards the bottom of each listing page. (we are not able to ship to the Russian Federation at this time.)

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept and prefer PayPal. Cash is never recommended to send through the mail, but if you must, please secure and seal it well.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: Given the delicate nature of ink cartridges, we have an as-is policy on most of our items, unless otherwise noted. But of course, since I stand behind what I sell, if you receive an item that is not how it was described in my auction, please contact me within 3 days of receiving the item so we may work together to solve the problem. The buyer is required to pay the return shipping cost, no exceptions.

Q: Can I cancel a bid if I made a mistake?
A: We cannot cancel bids for you, but you can do so through the eBay Bid retraction form. I absolutely cannot cancel a sale after it has closed.Absolutely no exceptions.

Q: Can I send an item to somewhere other than my home address?
A: Yes, we will gladly send the item to wherever you want it to go. Just be sure to enter the address you want it sent to in the shipping section of our Vendio checkout.

Q: How soon do you ship an item?
A: We ship all orders within 48 hours (Mon-Fri) of receiving payment. Please understand that after we send the item to the Post office, it is in their hands after that, but we will do everything we can to recover any shipping mishaps.

Q: Do you charge sales tax?
A: Unfortunately, we are required to charge an Illinois Sales Tax of 7% to ILLINOIS buyers only, this will be calculated at checkout, no exceptions.
