We do not sell junk. Take the time to browse through our store at least twice a week. We add items at least 3 times a week.

We submit feedback when you have paid for your item and we have shipped it. We do not hold your feedback "hostage" while waiting to see what you have to say about us. WE ARE THAT CONFIDENT. We ask that once you have received your item to please inspect it for completeness and/ or any damage that may have occured during shipment. We help file claims in the event of any shipping damage. If items are missing we will ship at our cost to complete your purchase. After 14 days of comfirmed delivery, we assume that all is well with your purchase and basically "close" the deal. No refunds or adjustments will be made afterward unless ther is a special circumstance listed with the item purchased (ie specific warranties or guarantees)

SHIPPING!

We only charge actual shipping and packaging. There is no mark-up for profit in our shipping!

Whenever possible, we use the shipping calculators on EBAY via USPS or UPS. We prefer USPS Priority mail for small US items. This gives the greatest amount of speed for delivery compared to cost. PLEASE NOTE THAT USPS PRIORITY MAIL DOES NOT PROVIDE REALTIME TRACKING. UPON SHIPPING YOU WILL RECEIVE SHIPPING REFERENCE NUMBER WHICH GIVES YOUR ITEM AN IDENTIFICATION. IF YOU CHECK THE STATUS OF YOUR ITEM ON THE USPS WEBSITE AFTER IT HAS SHIPPED, IT WILL ONLY REFLECT "LABEL CREATED" or "DELIVERED" ONCE IT HAS REACHED ITS DESTINATION. WE SHIP FAST. Priority mail generally takes 2 to 3 days to receive.

If we use USPS Parcel Post, most of the same rules apply as with Priority Mail. the big difference is that the delivery time can be up to 7 days to reach its destination within the lower 48 states.

We use UPS ground for larger shipments or items that require commercial shipping because of restrictions, ie MRE (Meals Ready to Eat) as the contain heater packages which cannot be place on aircraft. UPS DOES provide realtime tracking on packages delivered.

WORLDWIDE SHIPPING!

We use US Post Economy or Airmail. Economy mail can take up to 6 weeks to deliver if you are far away ie Australia. Air mail generally takes 4 to 10 days to deliver. We recommend that you purchase insurance for your item(s) as we cannot be responsible for items once they leave the USA. Please be aware of any import restrictions. We cannot assume responsibility for an item that you purchased that cannot be delivered due to import restrictions. We try our best to stay informed about items that may be restricted to most countries but we can't keep track of the whole world.
