All of our men's and women's platinum pearl chokers, leather pearl chokers, pearl earrings, diamond rings, and pearl strands come with an independant, warranted appraisal done by a registered appraiser who is a GIA Graduated Gemologist.  GIA certification is available for an extra charge. 

Payment:  RECEIPT OF YOUR PAYMENT VERIFIES THAT YOU HAVE FULLY VIEWED ALL PHOTOS, YOU HAVE READ EVERY WORD OF THE LISTING AND THAT YOU ARE ACCEPTING RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR PURCHASE. YOUR PAYMENT ALSO VERIFIES THAT YOU HAVE ASKED ANY QUESTIONS PRIOR TO BIDDING / BUYING.  Payment is due within 7 (seven) days of invoice.  International buyers must pay through PayPal within 7 (seven) days of invoice.  We ship after cleared payment as noted on the listing.  International buyers are responsible for all duties and taxes.

Refund Policy:  Your satisfaction is guaranteed. In the event your purchase arrives damaged, unwearable, or you are completely unsatisfied, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your purchase via phone or email and obtain a refund authorization number.  Be sure to include your name, order number, phone number, address, and reason for exchange/refund in the email.  Orders without refund authorizations may not be processed. You will then be required to ship the item back in ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION INCLUDING ATTACHED INVENTORY TAGS AND NECKLACE BOXES within 3 (three) days of receipt via traceable shipping method.  Once received by us, you will have your full refund processed.  However, if any inventory tags are removed or damaged from the product for any reason, your purchase will be sent to GIA for recertification.  After recertification, you will be refunded the purchase price minus a 25% recertification fee.  IF GIA DOES NOT RECERTIFY YOUR PRODUCT NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN AND YOUR PURCHASE WILL BE RETURNED TO YOU.  Shipping refunds will only be given on items that arrived damaged. Why do we do this? There’s a lot of fraud in cyberspace both on the retail and consumer end. We are honest and hope you are too.
