Hi so many of us are wondering what is happening & ask why or put blame on other forces such as the Government, While others believe it's a natural Global cycle if  you have not seen "The Inconvenient Truth" on DVD by Al Gore this will help in addition, It has been scientifically proven that increased carbon dioxide accelerates evaporation in our water storages & our environment so how do we reduce it well I look around at all these mums taxiing children to school, in a toorak tractor & in the last 20 years the family car went from a 2 litre engine to a 4 litre engine & what they don’t realize is that the engine is sucking in 4 litres of oxygen every second revolution idling at 500 rpm that equals 1000 litres of oxygen per minute, now look around we have an ever increasing population, kids are getting fat due to lack of exercise & we wonder why everything is getting more expensive, did any one think that they are adding to delivery costs because of the congestion they caused, water was once free now I have trucks delivering the stuff  but hang on these bottled water companies are owned by Coca Cola so I am paying The U.S. for water I could go on with more Anyway view My money saving guides they are very helpful for the next generation and as good as a pay rise.
