Shipping costs are additional and payable by the bidder. We endeavor to be fair and reasonable in our calculations of postage. However, please bear in mind that our shipping costs also include a surcharge to cover the cost of deluxe gift box, packaging materials, handling, and intuitively inspired metaphysical insights.
Here at Crystal Dreamer, all crystals come with an intuitively inspired Metaphysical Insights Brochure with detailed metaphysical information gifted from the crystal.
We highly recommend postage insurance. It is well worth the extra nominal charge to insure your item. We highly recommend that if you are purchasing an item over $25, the option to have your item sent by Registered post.
Items are always sent in good faith, and the receipt with the postcode on it is retained should any problems arise - however once crystals have been dispatched at the Australia Post Business Centre, no responsibility can be taken for uninsured items that are damaged or lost in the postage system.
*Please note that sometimes gold gift boxes may not be available for some uniquely sized crystals, when this is the case crystals are still wrapped beautifully and securely, to ensure your special crystal treasure has a safe journey.

We do not believe in withholding feedback on the grounds of first receiving it from you, and feel that even though this may result in us getting less feedback, it is a true reflection of our business. Much loving intent, thought, feeling and energy goes into each an every one of our listings -- and every endeavor is made to accurately describe our crystals. In the event that you are unhappy with your purchase, we ask that you first notify us by email, before leaving any feedback.
The posting of discordant feedback voids our return policy. We strongly advocate and recommend that you opt to have your item insured, as once crystals have been dispatched at the Australia Post Business Centre, no responsibility can be taken for uninsured items that are damaged or lost in the postage system.
Please note that we personally inspect each crystal before shipping to insure quality. All crystal purchases are cleansed and personally packed in sturdy boxes. Any item showing damage or visible wear from the customer will not be accepted for return.
