We are an importer of fitness equipment for home use, semi commercial use, and are agents for commercial equipment.   Please check our eBay shop to view our current listings. Our warranty and return policy Everything we sell is backed by a full return to base warranty, which covers all parts and labour. The term of this warranty is stated in the individual product listings. 'Return to base' means the item needs to be returned to us with freight charges prepaid in order for a warranty claim to be made. Cybermarket Pty Ltd will then return the repaired item with the return freight charges prepaid. Refunds are not offered on items which go missing in transit, unless the item has been shipped insured. Cybermarket Pty Ltd makes the sole determination as to whether a fault has been caused by normal use, or through misuse or abuse. Faults are defined as failures of any part of the product, not caused my normal wear and tear. Use of an item outside it's intended use parameters will void any warranty claim. Any items damaged in transit will not be considered under our warranty or returns policy. Unless shipping insurance is requested, we will not be liable for any damage caused by couriers or other carriers. Where applicable and if stated in the listing, a 14 day right of return applies to some items. Circumstances where this right of return does not apply include change of mind, repairable faults which don't affect product performance, or damage in transit caused by couriers or third party carriers. Where a product adequately performs it's intended function returns will not be accepted. This determination is at our discretion, and may require product inspection or testing by our staff before a decision can be made. Items deemed to be performing satisfactorily will be returned to the customer.   Listings To protect bidder privacy, when the price or highest bid on an item reaches or exceeds a certain level, User IDs will be displayed as anonymous names. For auction items, a bold price means at least one bid has been received. Note: Anonymous names may appear more than once and may represent different bidders.
