Hi, and thanks for taking the time to check out my ‘about me’ page.
Basically, I just love the 1950s era – the fashions and the music, especially Elvis. Guess it’s a real passion now, having spilled over into the household furnishings too!
I’m always on the lookout for vintage 50s items, though if I do come across interesting items from other eras (mainly 40s – 60s) I tend to pick these up too. Unfortunately, as much as I would like, I can’t possibly keep everything (I would need a warehouse!), so I am always de-cluttering and then offering these items on ebay.
I also enjoy making garments from vintage dressmaking and knitting patterns, so from time to time you might also find some of these too.
