Our Philosophy-We
practice common respect. Please and Thank You… Do Unto Others… and the like. We
understand that to run a successful eBay business for over 12 years you have to
be a good eBay Seller. More than that, we understand that people just want to be
appreciated, respected, and treated kindly and fairly. You won't find threats
anywhere on my auctions. No "Pay in 3 days - OR ELSE" "Yada Yada" and all that
crap that other sellers pack into a auction that takes up way too much time to
read and frankly is more likely then not read anyway! Not to mention most of it
can't be enforced anyway! We believe that, for the most part, buyers bid with
the intention to pay, and for those who don't, strong-arm threats are useless.
Besides, it's not nice, and this is supposed to be fun for everyone! That said,
we have a reasonable expectation that buyers complete purchases in a somewhat
timely manner, if they CAN NOT they will email if they run into trouble and to
those I will gladly work with! And for that tiny percentage of buyers who do bid
and manage their wins irresponsibly we let eBay take care of them!
Shipping-
Our
first priority is fast and accurate shipping!
We
pride ourselves on having the lowest shipping fees then any other seller selling
the same type of items we do. We always combine shipping for all purchases and
unlike most sellers WE WILL REFUND some of your over payment if you paid in
multiple payments. We feel its flat out RUDE & GREEDY not to issue a refund!
We are a high volume seller, shipping 80+ orders a week between eBay and our
website so our shipping time runs 24-48 hours depending on when you made
payment.
Feedback-The topic of feedback on eBay can be quite
diverse, especially since sellers can no longer leave negative feedback. I, on
the other hand since 1998 have left feedback the same today as I did back then
as follows:
1.
I have something for sale.
2.
You buy it.
3.
I send a invoice.
4.
You pay for it.
5.
I ship it to you.
6.
You received it and if your happy with your order you leave feedback.
7.
I return the favor within 24 hours by leaving you glowing feedback. Transaction
complete!
NOTICE A PATTERN HERE? You-Me You-Me =)
For
the life of me I can not figure out why so many make such an issue out of
something so simple.
My Feedback-First let me say I DO NOT FEAR negative
feedback! Since eBay's new rules it has allowed the crazies to come out in full
force! Sadly for some of us, those crazies come in the form of JEALOUS
COMPETITORS! The most recent negative left is from a family member of a large
Saucy Walker Pattern & Tag seller who can't stand the heat of competition.
Unfortunately this behavior does nothing for feedback integrity, but does show
someone's true insecurity!
