Hello to all my favourite customers and new ones too!
Rather than bore you all to tears having these terms of sale appear in every item, I'm putting the information here where you have the option to read it as and when you need.
Payment
We accept bank transfer/deposit (preferred), money order, bank cheque (items will not be sent until funds are cleared).
For ease of matching payments to purchases, please include your ebay id with any payments.
Payment within 7days of purchase (or end of last item for combined purchase) is greatly appreciated.
Combined Purchase
We are pleased to offer you savings by combining items purchase in a reasonable period of time (to be agreed with us in advance where possible) in a single post. Those wishing to take advantage of this offer should e:mail us to agree the purchasing timeframe. Please do not go through the ebay checkout until you have finished buying.
Postage & Handling
Items will be packed with care, using bubble wrap where required. We use a selection of standard envelopes, padded post packs or boxes depending on the volume and specific items purchased.
The minimum postage is typically $2, with no additional fees per item up to the maximum weight for Australia Post "letters" OR until the package no longer fits the Australia Post definition of a letter (refer to their web site). Postage for parcels will be charged at the applicable rate depending on your postcode.
Registered Mail is available on request at standard australia Post rate of $2.35.
Lost Items
Once an item is posted, we do not accept any liability for losses or damages incurred during the process of mailing. IT DOESN'T HAPPEN OFTEN, BUT IT DOES HAPPEN. WE RECOMMEND USING REGISTERED MAIL IF YOU WISH TO AVOID LOSING YOUR ITEMS.
Refunds
Please contact us within 5 working days if the item delivered is defective. If agreed, a refund or replacement may be given for the item but not for postage and handling costs.
Non Paying Bidders
Non Paying bidders (payment not received within 3 weeks of purchase) will receive an ebay on-paying bidder alert'.
