Payment
All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars. Kindly use XE.com's currency convertor at www.xe.com/ucc to view the latest exchange rates for your respective currency.
Payment is to be made within 5 working days. Payment methods accepted include direct bank deposit (Commonwealth Bank), Paypal, Australian money order or personal cheque.
Please include your eBay ID as payment description to facilitate the processing of your order.
Kindly note that Interbank transfers can take up to 2 working days before payment shows up on our online Netbank statement. Intrabank transfers should take up to 24 hours.
A payment notification email will be automatically generated and sent through eBay when payment has been located and your item has been scheduled to be sent.
Postage
Most orders will be posted from our Singapore office via DHL Globalmail within 24 hours of payment clearance. Most orders can be tracked locally through Australia Post's eParcel service. If this is not the case, you will be notified promptly by email.
Delivery turnaround times would be approximately 7-9 working days via DHL Globalmail or 1-3 working days via DHL Express. This is subject to Customs clearance.
For personal purchases, the import duty free limit set by Australian Customs is AU$900. As long as orders fall within this limit, no further customs brokerage is needed.
Corporate customers are encouraged to contact us before making your purchase.
Returns
All products excluding consumables such as guitar strings, qualify for Ebenex Music's 7 day exchange policy. Should you be unsatisfied with the product received, simply return it in its original condition for an exchange within 7 days of receipt.
No manufacturer's warranty will be issued unless otherwise specified.
If the item is functionally defective upon arrival, do kindly call email us at ebenex@gmail.com to highlight your concerns.
If there are any doubts/queries, please clarify before bidding/purchasing. Once an item is purchased, it is a legally binding contract and both parties are obliged to follow through as agreed.
