RETURN POLICY

• Return for exchange will be given ONLY on defective (manufacturing faulty) or incorrect delivery goods.
• Any DVD Or GAME with visible scratch on the surface will NOT be accepted for return.
• Incorrectly delivered goods must NOT be opened. It will NOT be accepted for return if opened.
• Request for return must be placed within 14 days and received by us within 30 days of shipment date.
• Shipping cost for approved returned goods will be FULLY PAID BACK to you.
• For products returned in accordance with this policy, you should receive replacement within 3-7 working days from the date we receive it back from you.
• If you receive a wrong or defective item please contact us by e-mail within 3 days from the date you receive the products.
