Shipping Policy |

We usually ship out order within the same day as the day payment is received unless payment is received after 5.00 pm where item will be ship on the next business day.
We do not ship item on Saturday, Sunday, and public holiday.
within Australia: 1 to 5 working days
It may takes 1-2 days to deliver to major metropolitan areas. In our experience 98% customers received item within 2 days. However it is quoted by Australian Post that the service time may vary between 1 to 5 days.
outside Australia: 3 to 14 working days
(United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and New Zealand) please email for other country.
All package must be signed for, it is cannot be left unattended location, even at your request. If no one at the delivery address is available to sign for the package, a card will be left to inform you which post office is holding your package for collection.
If your item has not arrived within the expected time, the notification card may be misplaced. You can either ask your local post office or contacting us, we will more than happy to help you in this matter.

Any item purchased from Feeling-Sexy is guaranteed brand new and free of defects (unless stated otherwise). If you are unhappy or not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for any reason. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, not including postage fee.
All returned item must be in acceptable condition (product has not been opened and seals have not been broken). All defective items may be exchanged for the exact same item or for a full refund. Please contact us before returning any item.
No returns are accepted after 30 days of auction end.

1. What to do after I won an auction or purchase a fixed list item?
If you have won an item or just purchase a fixed list item and have yet to go through our checkout page, please do so. Links to checkout are located on item page. If you fail to go through checkout, chances are it will delay shipment of your order
