Delivery and Collection

• After purchase your item will be dispatched at the standard rate indicated in the postage and packing section of the listing. 
• Where a non mainland UK address is supplied, you will be informed of the required surcharge payment. 
• Owing to the volume of dispatches that we deal with on a daily basis it is not possible to deliver to an address other than the one specified on your ebay account. 
• Footwearhouse shall not be responsible for extra charges incurred should customers have to arrange redelivery (unless footwearhouse are at fault).
• We will endeavour to dispatch within 3 working days (excluding weekends & public holidays) on receipt of full payment for your order; however, delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen circumstances. Footwearhouse shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver within the estimated timescales beyond our control.
• An email is sent to you at the point of shipment, if you have not received your item within 5 working days of this e-mail, please notify us footwearhouse@aol.com
• It is the responsibility of the customer to supply the correct delivery address on their accounts when the purchase is made. Footwearhouse can not accept any liability for loss of items/extra costs incurred if an incorrect delivery address is registered on the site & or supplied by the customer.
• Shipping costs will vary according to size, weight and location.  Please check shipping costs prior to placing an order as by doing so you agree to be bound by them.
• If you receive a package that is damaged, it is VERY IMPORTANT that you sign the delivery note as "damaged" (if a signature is required) and notify us of this damage within 24 hours (by email) of receipt.  You must also make sure that you contact us within 24hrs if the product itself has been damaged in the post, by emailing footwearhouse@aol.com  
• An insurance claim for damaged packaging and goods cannot be accepted if a clean signature has been obtained (where required), or if they have not been notified within 24 hours of delivery. As a result we would appreciate your assistance on this matter. In this instance we will then contact you to arrange for the item to be replaced within the usual timeframe as indicated in the terms of delivery. Nothing in these terms and conditions will reduce your statutory rights in relation to faulty or mis-described goods. (see Returns, Cancellations & Substitutions for more information).
• If you have not received your item within 5 working days after receiving confirmation of your item being dispatched, you should notify us on the 6th working day by email. If delivery has been attempted and a card been left you must contact the delivery company direct within the timescale stated.  If we have had an item returned back to us due to non communication on your part or supplying an incorrect delivery address, you will be responsible for all shipping costs.
• Footwearhouse is unable to offer a collection facility for security reasons, however to avoid postage costs we are willing to meet at a local point subject to prior arrangement (just ask). Shipping charges will apply in all other cases.

Returns, Cancellations & Substitutions

• You have the right to cancel your order (within 7 days) and receive a full refund for the product if you change your mind after ordering. This 7 day period will begin on the day you receive the item. In order to return the item/s, you must take reasonable care of the item/s and it must be returned in original/re-sellable condition. In this instance, you will be responsible for the shipping costs both to and from your address. In order to cancel your order you must advise us by email to footwearhouse@aol.com & receive a returns number before returning. If you return your item/s without a returns number we reserve the right to refuse to accept it.
• If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, you must notify us within reasonable time of the problem becoming apparent, we will then make arrangements for collection and replace the item within the usual timescales as indicated in the terms of delivery. You will not be responsible for the shipping costs of goods supplied by footwearhouse where a breach in the Sale of Goods Act has been made.
• All items must be returned in their original packaging.
• The postage is not refundable for any item that has been returned to us due to customers not being at home and a shipping charge will be required if the customer requires the product to be resent.   

Pricing & Payment

• While we try and ensure that all prices are accurate, errors may sometimes occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of continuing with your order at the correct price or cancelling it.  If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled.
• All prices do not include delivery charges.
• No item will be despatched until full payment has been received and cleared by the bank.  

 Miscellaneous

• All pictures used on ebay & or our own website are owned by footwearhouse & use of these without permission is strictly forbidden.
• Whilst we do our best to ensure that stocks of products are available there may be occasions where broken or damaged stock prevents us from fulfilling an order. In such instances you will be given the choice to wait for stock to arrive or be given a full refund.  In the event that we can't get in touch with the customer, a refund will be provided and confirmation of this sent out via email.
