I began good-hifi in October 2000 after being medically retired. Mainly for something to do and to sell off a HiFi collection I had collected during my life. The changes on eBay over those 9 years have been amazing, there are thousands more sellers and many sellers who have built up successful HiFi businesses on eBay.
After selling on eBay for 9 years time has taken it's toll on my health. eBay is not the place it used to be, moving from a hobbyists business venue to a major sales arena with the subsequent pressures and one might say nefarious activities by competitive sellers. As a result of this good-hifi is going to be closing down over the next few months.
I've made some very good friends, worldwide as well as in the UK, as a result of selling on eBay and had some success so would like to thank all those who have been customers and especially those that have become regular customers and friends.
Unfortunately success sometimes brings along with it negative aspects of our fellow man, someone knows what I mean. Maybe you would like to make yourself known to me if you are that fellow man.
