I do NOT believe in overcharging for postage. I only charge buyers what Aust Post charges me, plus a small fee for packaging materials. IF YOU ARE UNHAPPY WITH POSTAGE CHARGES QUOTED, PLEASE LOG ONTO THE AUST POST WEBSITE AND CONFIRM WITH WEIGHT AND POSTCODE BEFORE LEAVING FEEDBACK IN THE 'STAR' SECTION.
I take great care in packaging to ensure your purchase arrives safely, so I prefer not to send items of clothing in envelopes unless specifically asked. All china/porcelain/glass will be securely bubble wrapped and boxed, in fact I tend to go overboard with my packaging of breakables.
I am more than happy to combine postage where possible. i.e. All items purchased will be weighed together and put into the same box/satchel if practical.
Items are usually posted the same day as payment appears in my account. I do not post on weekends.
I cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post, or for the time an item takes to reach you once it has been posted. I keep all postcoded receipts as proof of postage where possible, so if something seems to have taken a long time in arriving, please check the date it was posted (except satchels). More than likely Australia Post is to blame for items held up in transit.
Buyers can pay via direct deposit (preferred) or money order.
Ebay have also forced us to offer Paypal as an alternative payment method, however, pleased be advised that payments made via Paypal are very often not as fast as direct deposit, especially echeques, which can take between 5-8 business days to clear. Also, using Paypal as a payment method incurs a fee for sellers, which will ultimately drive up the starting price of many items on ebay.
I do not accept personal cheques.

If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, please email me with your concerns before leaving feedback. If I don't know you are unhappy about something, I can't make an effort to correct it.
I try to include a wide range of items, hopefully something for everybody. I firmly believe that onesty is the best policy and always endeavour to describe things as accurately as possible.
Emails sent via sk seller a question will be dealt with quickly, usually within a few hours, unless the computer goes on the blink, which it is inclined to do sometimes, so please be patient if you haven't heard from me within 24 hrs of an auction end or are waiting for a question to be answered.
If possible, please ask your questions early in the auction.
I always leave feedback because I believe it is an important part of the trading process. As a seller, it will be left as soon as the transaction has been successfully completed, and as a buyer, when I receive my purchase.
My aim is to ensure all transactions are an enjoyable and fun experience, whether it be through the buying or selling process.
