RETURNS POLICY

FAULTY ITEMS

All itmes are checked prior to leaving us, however if you are not happy with your item please contact us on receipt to let us know of the problem so we can sort it out quickly for you.

NOT SUITABLE

If after receiving your item you feel it is not suitable for you please contact us straight away.  We are happy to accept returns as long as the item is returned back to us in the same condition it left, this includes all packing.  We ask that you do not open any accessories that may come with a costume till you have decided you are 100% happy with it.  If your costume comes with intimate garments i.e stockings, panties etc for hygene reasons we will not accept these back if they have been opened.  Once we have received your item back and checked it we will issue either a replacement or refund.  If an item has been used prior to return or the original packing is not returned with the item no refund or replacement will be offered and we will return the item to you.

Return postage costs will only be refunded on faulty items once they have been received and checked by us.

Please note that for hygene reasons all wigs, stockings, lingerie, swimwear and other intimiate items can not be returned unless there is a fault with them.
