We are a small company in our third year of operation, selling plots of land in Scotland. What started as the sale of one square foot plots of land has grown into a larger venture where we routinely sell plots of land up to 1000 square feet, and also some quarter acre and half acres plots. As the business has grown so have our staff numbers, and you can be sure that from the moment of your first enquiry to the receipt of your documents you will be well looked after. Customer service is at the centre of our operations and we are proud of the feedback profile we have built on eBay over the years.
We aim to use the profits from the venture in the conservation and restoration of Scotland's forests. We use the money gained from the sale of the land in tree planting and in purchasing new woodlands to preserve. We currently own 175 acres in Glen Spean and in October 2007 were able to purchase 218 acres in Duror (both woods are in Lochaber) Our future goal is to purchase another wood (and another, and another!). The more woodland that is conserved in this way the less can be developed.

Our staff:
We live and work on the beautiful island of Alderney, 3 miles by 1 mile its very small, very remote and a lovely place to be.
If any Lairds are ever in the area get in touch for a cup of tea on the house!
You may come across any of our staff by email or phone when you purchase or enquire about any land
Laura, owner and head of eBay sales, this is who you will mainly speak to if you purchase from eBay. Hobbies include her dogs, family, scuba diving, body boarding, hill walking and eBay of course!
Peter, owner and head of marketing: Normally works behind the scenes on advertising and ways to improve the service and the product. He is the man who helps keep our website running, printers working, and computers from breaking! Not an easy task... :)
Jenny, office manager: Jenny is the lady who runs our office, she is in charge of drawing up all the documents, checking everything is correct, packing and posting. She enjoys travelling, spending time with her husband and children, cleaning (she is a neat freak!) and table tennis. Jenny is instantly recognizable by her Liverpudlian accent, as she moved here from Liverpool 6 years ago. We are training her to say "Lochaber" better :)
Jo, office assistant: Jo deals with all website sales and administers any orders through our dropshippers. She is the lady who you will normally speak to if you phone our office to make a card payment or ask a question (01481 823939) or if you email us through our websites (www.lochaberhighlandestates.com) Jo also works closely with our solicitors to keep us right with the land sales, and if you purchase a half acre site it will be Jo who helps liaise between you and the lawyer.
Sheila, Keil Hill factor: Sheila is our woodland expert. She does the majority of our tree planting and decides what trees to plant and where, ensuring she has the right time of year for each species. Sheila maintains the woodland by repairing fences, erecting signs to help guide visitors, keeping the footpath tidy and generally looking after the place. You may well see her and her 2 collie dogs when you visit, with her planting spade and tree bag so give her a wave. She is a very keen outdoor enthusiast and loves nothing more than hill-walking with her dogs, whatever the weather.
