We aim to keep all the products we list in stock and your parcels are shipped in the next available post after payments are verified. The total cost of your purchase including postage is calculated during checkout based on the total weight of your order. For all larger items we register them & offer insurance at a greatly discounted price. Before completing your order and making your payment you can review the total cost of your order including postage so you can be confident of great value every time.

We are either the manufacturers or authorised sellers of all the products listed under our Horsley Wholesale name and you can be assured every item is genuine and brand new unless specifically described otherwise. Where possible, we source our products from Australian owned companies with Australian Made products so you know they are of the highest quality standards and all come woth great after sales support. All Thunderbird Electric Fence Energisers come with a 2 year warranty and in the rare case that you do experience any problems you can deal directly with us or the manufacturere to get them resolved. On top of that, we give a 30 day Satisfaction Guarantee on everything we sell. If your purchases do not meet with your expectations in any way, you are welcome to return the item for a full refund of the item price.

Our products ship from Sydney to all parts of Australia. By using the Australia Post Eparcel service as our primary delivery service for orders under 20kg, we experience very low parcel loss rates and exceptionally fast delivery times. Orders over 20kg are shipped by courier.

Q: What if the item isn’t exactly what I wanted?

We only purchase products from suppliers who stand behind what they sell with after sales service, warranty’s and solid policies on customer satisfaction. They don’t have to have a marketing team developing “FANTASTIC MARKETING STRATEGIES”, just highest quality at minimum cost without compromising commitment to service!! 1.    The slight edge principle. Small steps towards BIG results. We built our business from the ground up in small steps, meaning that we have no debts & don’t have to pass this expense on. We look after our suppliers as much as our customers, this gets us their full support and back up in all aspects of our business. 2.    The 80-20 Principal. Normally this would entail 80% fuss for 20% results. We have turned this around with our no fuss approach. We believe in as little fuss as possible and maintaining the BEST RESULTS for you, our customers. We work at our property from our BIG WAREHOUSE no fancy store & associated price tag.

3.     The give & Take Principal. We know what we need to be able to survive on and we don’t need to take more than that. But we do need to give our customers more than what they expect and quite often randomly slip gifts in with orders. We have been caught talking ourselves out of sales in any situation where we know money is not being spent wisely or being put to it’s best use.

Q: What time frame should I expect my item in?

A: Generally it is a 3 working day turn around from payment confirmation, but in some regional area’s it can take up to 7 days. You will be notified when your items are on their way, giving you an idea when to expect them.

Q: What if my item doesn’t arrive or is damaged?

A: We always advise that you take out Registered Post which will be offered for $2.00 with every item, so you have a clear record of where your item is at all times. Our commitment to your satisfaction ensures that the problem will be investigated and addressed with a mutual resolution at all times.
