MY STORE POLICIES:
I always do my best to describe items fully and accurately, but "to err is to be human"... so if I make an unintensional error I will try to fix things up immediately, please never hesitate to contact me with any problems or misgivings... I am always very approachable!
I will combine items won or purchased within a 7 day period to save on postage, just let me know that this is what you wish to do, and please do not go through checkout till I send you a combined invoice, makes things easier to work out!
Contact is required within 3 days and Payment is due within 7 days, if there is a problem please contact me and I am sure we can come to some arrangement.
I don't as a rule give refunds on items purchased as I feel that I describe items pretty acurately. But should the case arrive where I have made an error in a listing and a buyer is unhappy, I will supply a full refund for the purchase and postage, but NOT for the return postage. Please contact me if you have any queries about this.
PAYPAL PAYMENTS: Payments via Paypal with a credit card or Paypal account balance show instantly in my account, but please note that Payments via Paypal drawn from your Bank account are now treated as an e-cheque, and can take up to 5 working days to show up in my account, so if you make a payment via this method please allow extra time for processing and postage, your parcel will take a little longer to arrive!!!
I always try to post out items within 24 hours of recieving cleared payment into my account...excluding weekends and public holiday's, but sometimes need an extra day as I have large family commitments to juggle as well!
I mainly use Australia Post Pre-paid satchels for my parcels,which can now have Registered Post added for $2.70. If items do not fit into these postage is worked out by weight and destination via the Post Office Parcel rates. I am not responsible for items once they have been posted, so please ask for Registered or Express Post if you wish to have some assurance regarding deliveries. This costs a little more but ensures a more reliable and traceable service,
I leave feedback for sellers as soon as my items are delivered to me and I am happy with my goods, and ask that you would please do the same for me when buying, the only way I am able to tell if your parcel has arrived and you are happy with your purchase!
Items may be picked up directly from me by arrangement if suitable.
