Lilly Cottage is both a eBay store and a real life store for Linda and Laura at YMCA Old Petrie Town Dayboro Road Kurwongbah, Qld 4503. The girls joined forces in their own bricks and mortar cottage in May 2005.

Prior to this Laura has been designing and painting her own beautiful glassware, singlets and canvases for over 12 years at the markets at Old Petrie Town which was previously called North Pine Country Markets.

Linda has also been creating and making gorgeous items for many years in various market locations, with the most recent being three years at Old Petrie Town.

Having our own shop has meant that we can spread our creative wings, design new items and have a lot of fun arranging and rearranging our displays.

Lilly Cottage has a huge range of handcrafted and unique items that have been made by Laura and Linda with their ever amazing mothers by their side ( what would we do without them I don't know). We have such eclectic tastes and as anyone who is as passionate about creating as Linda and Laura are, often have many different talents.  We paint, sew amazing bags and cushions, bead with as many sequins as we can get hold of, crochet, embroider,and are very handy with a glue gun.  We love to collect the unusual and the loved and walking into the store is like going to visit your favourite Nanna, except now you are a grown up and are allowed to touch and smell and own your very own treasures.

Laura and Linda share the same love of decorating, magazines, magazines, books and more magazines, vintage linens, little treasures, sparkle of any kind, sequins,glitter or beads, cupcakes, fabric, french and shabby style and so much more.  Lucky to be together in such a beautiful location as Old Petrie Town in a shop of ones own, every day is a beautiful one, exciting and full of possiblities.  eBay gives us an opportunity to share a little bit of our passions to people beyond South East Queensland, and for those who aren't as lucky as we are to be able to get out and explore all the treasures that are out there.
