Sizing Information As our garments are sourced internationally, all garments are measured by us on arrival and the Australian size is then determined by comparing the garment measurements to the Australian Standard Sizes for Women's Apparel chart shown below.  Due to the huge variance in the way retail outlets 'Size' their clothing in Australia, it is not possible to satisfy everybody's perception of what a particular Size may be.  Please consider the size number as an approximate guide and the Measurements which are provided as being as accurate as human effort can make them. PLEASE NOTE:  It is the Buyer's Responsibility to Check the Measurements Provided in the Listing.  Lindsay Marella can not be held responsible if items do not fit. The best way to check measurements is to compare the measurements of the garment you are interested in against a garment you already own that fits the way you like. Postage Information  For paypal payments please choose Express Post or Registered so the parcel is trackable.  Paypal requires Sellers to provide evidence of postage in the event of a dispute.  Orders which are paid with PayPal and include only Regular Post will be Issued a request for the balance and only sent when the appropriate postage is paid for. Pre -Paid Satchels cannot be registered.  Parcels sent without registration are not insured.  If you choose not to register your parcel,  you agree to accept the risk of possible loss or damage by Australia Post and indemnify the seller against claim.  Pick Up of Items Is Always Available By Prior Arrangement. Postage charges are specified in listings and also include a small handling fee to cover packaging etc.  Parcels are mailed from Brisbane twice a week.  Domestic deliveries can take up to 8 working days.  If your parcel is late,  please contact me so that I can do something about it.

Returns Policy I do not refund if the item does not fit as measurements and size information are clearly stated in every listing. It is the buyer’s responsibility to read and check measurements. I will exchange where possible. All postage costs associated with returns and exchanges are the buyer’s responsibility. I do not refund postage. A restocking fee of $2.85 is charged on all items returned for credit.  The restocking fee applies to each item returned for credit.  The re-stocking fee is not applied to items returned for size exchange.  Size exchange is only available if and when the requested size is in stock.
