REFUND POLICY: If you find the item is not right for you, we will accept returns within 7 days and will issue a refund...BUT please note that we cannot refund your postage costs, So please check the detailed measurements carefully to ensure the fit will be right for you, as the deduction of postage costs will unfortunately chew up a large proportion of your refund.
We are extremely fussy and would never deliver an item that we, ourselves, would not be happy to receive ( and think that this is a simple rule that ALL Ebay sellers should follow!!!)
Not only are we extremely fussy on the quality of our items, we aim to give the very best service.... we will send your purchased item the next business day after payment is received and we will inform you that we have received your payment and that your item is in the post..and we will do this immediately..not 3 or 4 or more days down the track..
We believe this is the only way to operate and, in fact, we ourselves hate it when, as buyers, we are left dangling without any word or anything to advise what is happening with our purchase...so the motto we follow is DO UNTO OTHERS WHAT YOU WOULD HAVE THEM DO TO YOU!!!!! :) :)
