Why don’t you offer Regular Mail service to Buyers that use PayPal?


From 21 May 2008 Ebay made it compulsory for Sellers to use PayPal as an acceptable payment method for Buyers to use to pay for their item(s). I am happy to post item(s) using Regular Post provided they are paid for using Bank Deposit or Australian Money Order method. This new rule has influenced changes to my position as a Seller.


If your item goes missing in transit then as a Buyer PayPal will reimburse you 100% unless the Seller can provide proof of delivery by way of approved tracking reference.


If the Seller cannot provide proof of delivery by way of tracking reference then PayPal will rule in favour of the Buyer and reimburse their payment 100% Sellers do not receive any compensation.


To prevent this from happening please select Express Post at Check out if the value of your order is $50.00
or under (inclusive of postage and handling) OR Registered
Post
if the total amount of your order exceeds $50.00 (inclusive of
postage and handling)


When should I expect delivery?


Deliveries are made Monday to Friday with exception to Public Holidays.
Item(s) are posted 1 – 2 days from the time your payment has been received. You will receive an automated email to confirm your item(s) has been sent. Please check your inbox or Spam box.
Please ensure that the email address you check is the one you have registered with your Ebay account.


Express Post takes overnight or up to 2 working days to areas specified by Australia Post. (visit www.auspost.com.au to find out of your area falls under this category)


Regular and Registered Post takes 3 – 5 working days.


I have not received my order within the time specified. What happens now?


Please check your delivery address details on your PayPal/Ebay account as the parcel has been addressed exact to this information.


Did you check with your local Post Office? They may have overlooked sending you a delivery advice card to go in to collect your parcel. The return address on the Parcel is:

Please note that I only use Red
500g OR 3kg Satchels OR Yellow
500g OR 3kg Express Satchels OR Plain satchels for Registered Post
items.


Regular/Registered Post: Please message me once 10 full working days have past so I can launch a formal enquiry with Australia Post.


Australia Post will not allow me to lodge an enquiry until 10 full working days have past from the date posted for ordinary parcels (15 working days for International deliveries) Once an formal inquiry has been lodged Australia Post is given 10 working days to investigate all Distribution channels for your parcel (up to 6 weeks for International Deliveries) "If" Australia Post fails to track your Parcel then they are liable to refund up to $50.00 for Express Post or the amount the Registered/Overseas Parcel was insured to. Regular Post, Red 500g and 3kg Satchels do not receive any compensation.


I have received my order and there are flaws with the item that were not disclosed in the item description. Can I please have a store credit or refund?


Yes, I can offer you a store credit or refund provided that the faults are reported within 14 days from the date your item(s) are shipped. Please message me through ebay explaining in full detail the damage to your item(s) and provide photographs if requested via email. Refund will be given through original payment source. Store Credit will be valid for 3 months from Report confirmation date.


I have received my order and it matches the item description but the item does not fit me or suit me. Are you able to exchange or refund in good faith?


Sorry but I cannot offer refunds or exchanges if the item(s) has been accurately described. Please do not ask as refusal may offend.
