Just because I buy online looking for bargains, doesn't mean I am cheap. I will pay costs where fair & reasonable. Sometimes I pay even when they aren't fair or reasonable. Doesn't mean I am to be treated like a second rate person.

I pride myself in being a good customer & my feedback confirms this. But when I do ask about postage or a missing item or something broken, I expect to be treated no differently then if I were to buy from a shop. Or you were to buy from a shop. You can't expect to treat your customers like trash and still expect to be treated like royalty yourself when the shoe is on the other foot. Fair's Fair.

Do I sound a little miffed? Sure I am at the moment I write this, because I have been buying and selling online for years now. So I know fair postage & I know when people are charging way too much for handling. A little goes a long way, you know.

I've dealt with people in the flesh, whether because of here or in stores, markets and REAL Auctions. I know curtesy, decency and manners goes a long way. But lately it seems we are dealing with more and more shoddy or rude E-bayers. Thinking they can charge whatever they like, or behave however they like. And frankly, I've had just about enough.

If you treat me like trash then forget repeat business or recommendations. You'd be lucky if you don't receive a negative. I don't even like giving neutrals, but I am entitled to write feedback on someone who is unjust. But to be kind, treat me with respect and in they way I know you'd like to be treated, then repeat business & recommendations follow. Just remember, WHAT GOES AROUND, COMES AROUND. GOOD OR BAD.

WALL OF SHAME - THE TRUTH BEHIND THE FEEDBACK



" FEEDBACK NAZI'S & LIARS



I've prided myself of my feedback only to receive a negative from a very rude nazi seller, i had paid for registered mail and apparently ozshack sent the 1st package in a red satchel. Never arrived, probably never sent. So i asked nicely for ozshack to resend, this time via a trackable way ( i paid registered) so he sent the next one via express, that's cool, i could handle that. I had left one positive feedback when i had problems with the net, to come back and find ozshack left a neutral, so i followed up and then left my 2nd feedback, a neutral, ozshack then proceeded to leave a nasty negative saying i'm rude and a rip off. I paid promptly via paypal and i had requested registered mail so ozshack resent the invoice that i paid by. I don't see i done anything wrong and was just in requesting my items when i had paid for registered mail and they didn't arrive, isn't that then the sellers resposibilty to make sure they do the right thing, so why blame me for their mistake? why should i have to cut my losses or fear being called a liar and rip off? it's not fair and things that aren't true shouldn't be able to be left. Those masks for home use, but even if i did have a market stall, its still wrong what he said about us. I had no trouble with ozshack up to the feedback left, i thought ozshack was great in replacing my items so quickly. Lies hurt, you say that to someones face and you can be fined, you post that on the net and you can be fined, why can they get away with it on Ebay? "


Also to be fair to all the people i've dealt with in the past, they are highly recommendable. Any seller i've bought from on numerous occasions or in bulk lot and i've left glowing feedback for can be counted on. Any communications i've had with them has been outstanding, why else would i go back to them after all?
