| We are both sellers and collectors of vintage and not quite vintage hobby and craft patterns in both leaflet and book form. This will include knitting, crochet, cross stitch, sewing, quilting and any other hobby related pattern. |

I live on Vancouver Island, British Columbia, Canada with my husband and our Sheltie. The love of my life is my grandaughter, who is 4 years old and comes to visit as often as she can. This is a photo of the 2 girls on the beach.

Payment Terms
- Payment Methods: I accept Paypal, credit card payments through Paypal, money orders and personal checks. Buyers who pay by personal check will be shipped their purchases after a 10 to 21 day holding period while I wait for the check to clear.
- Payment Due Date: I expect to receive payment within 10 days of sending an invoice. Late payers will receive at least one reminder to pay. I do report non-paying buyers to eBay.
Shipping & Handling
- I ship from Canada using the Canadian postal service, Canada Post.
- To The USA: Small parcels and flat, light letter-post items go airmail. Heavier parcels (500gm / 1kg or more) go Expedited Parcel.
- To Canada: All parcels and insured items go Expedited Parcel. I use lettermail if the packed item is flat, light and uninsured.
- To Other Places: For small parcels and insured items the buyer can choose either surface mail or airmail. I only use letter-post if the packed item is flat, light and uninsured.
- Packaging: Items are always packed carefully to help ensure that they arrive in the same condition as when shipped. I wrap all patterns in plastic wrap to keep them dry.
- Insurance: I may include or offer shipping insurance depending on the value and weight/size of the item. If you want insurance and I don't offer it in the listing, contact me to ask about it.
- Fast Shipping: Items are shipped within 2 business days of receiving payment, except for personal checks. I wait 10 to 21 days for personal checks to clear before shipping.
- S&H Charges: My charges are based on what Canada Post actually charges me plus a small fee for costs directly related to shipping such as packaging materials.
- Customs: The buyer is responsible for any customs fees and import duties. The value I declare on the Customs Declaration form is the amount paid by the buyer.
Return Policy
- If you are not satisfied with the item as delivered you may return it within two weeks and I will refund your payment.
Communication and Feedback
- Invoice: Buyer will receive an invoice within 24 hours of the end of the auction or purchasing a buy-it-now item. The invoice will include shipping and handling based on destination.
- Payment Acknowledgement: I email an acknowledgement after receiving payment to let you know that your payment has arrived.
- Shipping Notification: On the day before or the same day as I ship, I email the shipping date and estimated delivery time. This information is usually included in same email as the Payment Acknowledgement.
- Packing Slip: I don't send a packing as that increases the weight of the envelope and causes it to be more postage cost to you. If you need a copy of the invoice you can print it off for free from your payment notice.
- Feedback: I do leave feedback and I hope you will leave feedback for me too!
