Most of my miniatures are handmade by me. I started making my own miniatures because the ones in stores were too expensive. I have 4 dollhouses of my own and make miniatures to fill them up.
After college I moved to Monterey, CA and started making miniatures to fill up my dollhouse while I looked for a job. I made way too many and am slowly selling them off on here.
My Non-Miniature items are either used toys that I have from when I was younger, items I opened and displayed or brand NEW items I purchased and then store while I decide if I want to keep it or not. I'm a huge toy fan/collector and am a sucker when it comes to toys, so I end up buying lots and lots of toys either for a gift or to possibly keep.
However, I don't have a place big enough for all my collections (sometimes I even have multiples because I want one to open and one to keep in package), so I end up needing to get rid of some to make room for more. That's how I end up selling so many different kinds of toys, so check back with my often for new listings!
I love hearing from happy buyers who have found something that is no longer being made or is hard to find becuase it's always great to hear that even though I can't keep it, someone is happy to have it.
ATTENTION: I am happy to announce: In addition to my wide variety of items that I am clearing out of my own collection, starting in 2008 keep checking back for NEW items. I will launch the start of Marsmermaid's Grotto, which will include NEW hand made miniatures, Projects by Brittney and NEW toys (from vendors). Marsmermaid's Grotto items will be taxable in CA.
Shipping and contacting me:
I do combine shipping, so please contact me before you purchase items to make sure you are happy with my combined shipping rate. My shipping rates are exact cost (they include the cost of shipping and the cost of the bubble wrap, tape, paypal lable and envelope if used). For combined shipping, I package the items you are interested in and wieght them, the I use usps.com to get the shipping rate and email you that cost. I know at times shipping can be expensive, so I try to eliminate any excess wieght when packaging by using paperbags to wrap boxes.
I use USPS to ship my packages so during their Holidays there may be a slight delay in shipping due to the post office being closed, here are a list of USPS holidays:

Please feel free to contact me with ANY questions or concerns. I do check my email at least 2 times a day (unless my vacation setting is on). When your package goes out I leave you positive feedback letting you know when it went out. If you pay with paypal and aren't considered international, I use paypal to print a shipping lable so you can track your item.

I love helping people, so please feel free to contact me with any questions, concerns or issues. I don't mind answering questions and would rather you contact me and figure out how to solve any problems. I strive for 100% feedback because I think it helps buyers gage a seller, but at the same time I also know you can't make everyone happy all the time, so in some instances not having 100% might not be your fault, especially since sometimes people tend to use it to lash out on people for no apparent reason.
I'm sad to say I no longer have 100% feedback, but in my defense, I never got emails from the buyer who gave me negative feedback and don't understand why he gave me negative feedback when the item arrived within 4 days (the day after he left the negative feedback). No worries though, I'll still keep my goal of trying to keep it at 100% by doing anything in my power to help answer any questions.
RETURNS
I do not accept returns all my sales are final. I handle all of my transactions and due to losses I have had to take trying to make buyers happy, only to end up with negative feedback and nasty emails from them, I no longer accept ANY returns, all sales are FINAL and there are NO REFUNDS. Some buyers seem to forget that sellers are people/humans too and that there is only so much we can have control over.
