We ship to the USA, Canada, Europe and Australia. This includes APO/FPO.
Please specify a street address when we ship UPS. Please
ensure that your desired shipping address is listed on the eBay

Our standard domestic shipping rates cover insured, regular ground
shipping throughout the USA and US territories. Most domestic orders
are shipped within 1 business day. The US Postal Service is used for
most orders. Larger orders are shipped by UPS. Most shipments take 2
to 7 business days to arrive depending on the destination and size
of the order. We always use Delivery Confirmation which is
scanned when your package is delivered.
We ship USPS Airmail. Most
International orders are shipped within 1 business day. The US Postal Service is used for nearly all orders however,
large or expensive orders may be shipped by UPS. International
orders take longer to arrive because of customs clearance. Please note that shipping charges on
international shipments do
not include duty fees. We declare all shipments as
commercial sale at the ending purchase price value. Please do
not ask us to declare a lower value or mark as a gift.

We are pleased to offer discounted shipping for multiple item
purchases. You may deduct $2 from the shipping price for each
additional item after the first.
WHAT ARE THE ACCEPTED

We accept all typical forms of payment. Paypal is preferred
simply because it is easy and instant. However, we are more
than happy to accept money orders, checks and credit cards via our
website. Please
be aware that all checks must allow adequate time to clear. If
you wish to use a credit card, please notify us and we will send a
link for checkout.
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS? back

Items purchased may be returned within 10 days of the ship date of
your order. All returns require an RA#. You may request an RA# by
emailing us at
customerservice@mountguys.com.
You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used
for purchase within 7 to 14 business days once we have received your
return. After your return is processed, we'll send you an e-mail
message confirming your refund. Shipping charges are not
refundable. However, if the return is caused by a mistake of
ours, we will pay your return shipping.
