Charges of Express Service is affordable for everyone in the world.
How we deal with your order? We process your orders daily in the morning. except Saturday and Sunday. (9am Malaysia Time = 1am UK/ Europe Time = 9pm USA/ Canada Time = 7am Australia / New Zealand Time).
So, the orders cut off time is as follow : -
Malaysia : 9:00am in the morning
Australia : 7:00am in the morning
UK / Europe : 1:00am in the morning
USA / Canada : 9:00pm at night
Your orders will be in the courier hands by the next day. For example, You order on 12/07/2009 10:00pm at night in UK time. Your order will be process on the next day (13/07/2009) and ready for courier pickup on 13/07/2009 at 4:00pm in Malaysia Time (UK Time : 8:00am). Transit time is vary from country to country.

1. Wil it work
with a Desktop PC ?
It supports any PC, desktop, laptops,
Apple MACS, UNIX, Linux , as long as your computer has a USB port

Why does it has 2 USB connectors to PC?
Some
computer does not supply enough power to USB port, So 2 USB connections
are required. If your laptop only has 1 USB port, you can have a USB
Hub with AC Powered
** Not all the
computer required 2 USB Ports to Run this portable hard disk drive

Is it format ready?
Yes, it is
formated as FAT32. You can request to format to NTFS.

Does it required external power?
No, it
powered from USB ports.
5.
What if it doesn't work when I received my external hard disk?
Please
email us immediately to rectify the problem. A replacement circuit
board or a whole unit will be provided due to the problem. Most
of buyers didn't plug into 2 USB cables to your PC. Please also
try others computer/ Desktop/ Laptop. Try to plug 2 USB CABLE to
the back of the PC Desktop's USB Port also.

Warranty
Policy :
Hard Disk Drive itself is 3
Years Warranty covered by the Manufacturer (SAMSUNG OR WESTERN
DIGITAL). The Hard Disk Case is 3 Months warranty. If
there is any problem on the Hard Disk case within 3 months, we
will sent the replacement immediately. After 3 months, a minimum
fees will be charge for the replacement.
