About Us Our Ex-Gov Clearance Centre specialises in the sale refurbished Ex-Gov computers direct to the public. Our aim is to provide a generous selection of new and used IT products at affordable prices to Australian consumers. We also offer in-house or on-site repairs and servicing. You come to us, or we can come to you! All our systems are in very good condition coming mostly from government corporate sectors. As they are 'Used' there may be a cosmetic scratch or mark, however nothing major.  Before our computers get to you,  they are thoughly tested to ensure there are no memory, hardrive or motherboard faults and reconditioned running in  ‘As New’ Condition. Systems are in very good condition coming mostly from government corporate sectors. As they are 'Used' there may be cosmetic scratchs or marks, however nothing that effects the performance of the PC.   Computers are thoughly tested to ensure there are no memory, hardrive or motherboard faults.   Computers are running in ‘As New’ Condition.		Computers are fully loaded with all software and drivers. All you have to do is turn it on!   Computers come with fresh installations of the following packages including licences.
			Windows XP Genuine with Certificate of Authenticity
			Open Office 2008 – Complete Office Suite An alternative to Microsoft Office
			AVG Antivirus – A comprehensive antivirus program including email scanning and automatic live update as standard.
Warranty & Tech Support		Payment Options
Warranty All hardware comes with a 30 day Return to base warranty. In the unlikely event of hardware failure (does not include software), items will be repaired or replaced. If computer cannot be repaired or replaced customer will received FULL refund.   Tech Support To help you get started, free technical support is offered for the first month via phone. Should you have any software, installation or setup issues help is Available    Tech Support Hours: Mon - Saturday 10am -4pm*   *If in STD area please email and Tech Support will call you back (applys to land lines only)		We accept Paypal, Eftpos, Visa, Mastercard, bank deposit and cash on pickup.   All purchases must be finalised and paid for within 3 days and picked up within 5 days unless arranged prior.   If you choose local pickup, pay on pickup is preferred.   All computers come with TAX receipt and warranty details.
