If for any reason you are disatisfied with your purchase, just return it within 7 days of receipt of shipment, along with the reference number on your packing slip, your username and a cover note explaining the problem. Any item returned must be in a satisfactory condition. A full refund will be applied to your original purchase for the price of the item(s) returned that meet these conditions. Please note that we only accept returns if the goods are returned to us in satisfactory condition, each return will be treated on its merit and it will not affect your statutory rights. If you are returning items due to error on our part we will be happy to refund reasonable postal charges incurred by you in sending the item back to us.
