Registered Air Mail Package ( Signature Required ) - 7 to 14 Days - US$5.00

Registered Mail Insurance - US$1.50 ( Loss only )

 

Surface Mail Package - 30 to 60 days - US$2.50

Registered Mail Insurance - US$1.50 ( Loss Only )

We ship from Singapore to most parts of the World, using Singapore Post.

Due to our long relationship with Singapore Post, we are able to offer a Fixed Rate Internationally for all our Customers. - This also translates to less email traffic from Customers and us.

 

We have included a modest Service Fee in our S & H costs, necessary because we have a proper Sales Office and there are of course, certain manpower and overhead costs involved.

We ship Daily, except for Weekends and Public Holidays.

 

Our Customers benefit directly from this arrangement with Better Service, Prompt Responses and most importantly, Safe and Fast Deliveries.

Insurance is managed by a Third Party Insurer and we are glad that in our years of trading, we have no need to file any insurance claims yet !!!

 

We will issue a Shipping Advise email once payment is received, indicating the Shipping Date.

A Shipping Details email will be sent, with the Tracking Number, once the shipping is completed.

 

Customers are responsible for all relevant Custom Taxes, Import Duties and Declarations of their native country.

First Item ** : Full Published Rate

Second Item : 50% OFF Published Rate

Subsequent Items : FREE

 

** - First Item refers to the Item whose S&H is the highest amongst the items for Combined Shipping.

 

Kindly issue a Single Total Payment for Combined Shipping, at the end of the last purchased item.

Individual Payments for single items DO NOT QUALIFY for Combined Shipping Discounts.

 

A Statement of Accounts ,can be requested, each day a new purchased item is included for Combined Shipping.

 

 

PAYMENT TERMS

 

1. Will Accept Paypal ( Verified Accounts only ), T/T and Wire Transfer. Local Singapore customers can use ATM Transfer, Internet Banking or local SG$ checks.
2. Foreign Currency Money Orders ( except SG$ ), have to add US$15.00. - ( to defray Service Charges by Issuing and Receiving Banks )
3. Please confirm your payment method, address, S&H costs before bidding, if you are unsure.
4. All payments have to be made within 7 days of bid closing and for Combined Shipping, within 3 days after the last item purchase.
5. Buyer is responsible for all related local taxes and declarations in their destination country.
6. Item/s will be shipped within 48 hours upon confirmed payment and address, except for weekends and Public Holidays.

 

 

LOSS, DAMAGE & RETURNS

 

1. Item can be sent with Registered Mail Insurance Coverage (RMC) against loss only. - Which we Highly Recommend !!!
2. Without RMC , items, which are lost in the mailing process, cannot be traced or compensated.
3. Buyer accepts ALL RISKS WITHOUT RMC.
4. All damages are non-claimable. - We will ensure proper and safe packaging, however, we cannot guarantee condition at final delivery point.
5. Most items carry a No return policy, since most are personal items, subjected to personal natural interpretations and opinions, unless misrepresented.
6. We would appreciate an email within 24 hours of receipt of item from your Country’s Postal Service, commencing from the time stated on the Postal Service’s Delivery Note, with explanation \s for the return.
7. After our issuance of a Return Note, please send the item back to us, in original condition and packing.
8. Refunds will be processed, less S & H costs, when the refunded or returned item reaches our Sales Office in Singapore.

1. Buyers with Negative or NIL Feedback have to contact us before bidding.
2. OrientMart reserves the right to refuse any Bidders whose conduct or motive is questionable or who refuses to answer any correspondence sent by us for prior verifications.
3. All successful bidders who default in payment will be reported and appropriate feedback will be filed.
4. Delivery frame is only an estimation - please contact us after 30 Days (by Air) or 60 Days (by Surface) of notified shipment date, if you do not receive your item.
5. Irresponsible Bidders or Bidders with questionable objectives will be referred to eBay for consultation, and their bids may be rejected or cancelled.
6. All Delivery Rejections by the Destination Country`s Authorities, due to whatever reasons, will not be the responsibility of OrientMart.
7. All Disputes have to be lodged with us within 24 hours of bid closing. After 24 hours, the sale is finalized and payment is due from the Buyer.
