Deliveries Comfort Innovations contracts out our delivery service with top courier providers. We cannot guaranty all deliveries to be on schedule. However we do have a system in place that can assist you in tracking the delivery of your item. Once payment is received, the courier company will be notified to pickup the items from our warehouse and it will be delivered to your door. The delivery service generally delivers the product to you within 10 business days after full payment depending on location. Once the courier is booked, we will provide you with the consignment number, and the courier company's details for you to track your delivery. Delivery time is between 9am-5pm Monday to Friday. Deliveries are door-to-door, except in remote loactions, please click here to view a list of the remote areas.
Delivery prices quoted on our website and emails are subject to change without notice. All prices quoted are for Basic Delivery Service under the condition that a physically capabile individual will be at that destination to assist the courier driver to unload an item from the vehicle if that item weighs more than 30kg. If there is no assistance provided upon receiving the delivery or buyer wants the item to be left outside their property, there will be a 25% surcharge for a Specialised Delivery Service(price may vary depending on location). If the buyer is not present at time of delivery there will be an additional $15 re-delivery fee applied.
Basic Delivery Service : Prices quoted are for the use of the Basic Delivery Service, unless if specified that the customer requires a Specialised Delivery Service. The Basic Delivery Service provides only one driver and a vehicle without a tail lift. With this service you will need to arrange for a physically strong individual (preferably male) to be present at the address to receive the delivery otherwise the driver can refuse delivery. If no one is available to assist the driver, the item will not be delivered. If you cannot arrange someone to assist the driver to unload, you must choose the Specialised Delivery Service, or arrange delivery to a business address, or arrange pickup from the closest courier depot in your area.
Specialised Delivery Service: This courier service includes a tail lift truck with a trolley to make the delivery. Tail lift trucks is not guaranteed in certain remote areas, so not all customers will be able to use this service. Please notify us of the driving conditions required to get to your property e.g. hilly roads, narrow lanes, etc. This service is suitable for customers who cannot arrange someone to assist the driver with unloading the item or would like the items left outside their property because no one will be available to receive delivery. This Specialised Delivery Service will incur a 25% surcharge on top of the quoted price (price may vary depending on location) and you will need to contact us to have this service arranged. This service is not availabe for residential areas in hilly areas, non-straight road or houses located in narrow lanes, etc.

Transit Insurance At Comfort Innovations, we will insure the safe delivery of your items. As a result we will eliminate all risk associated with the delivery of your item by providing compulsory transit insurance. You will find all delivery prices quoted include transit insurance. With Comfort Innovations you don't have to worry about your delivery. Transit insurance is void if buyer request that item should be left at the address or if no one is present to receive the items. Transit insurance is not included if buyer arranges their own delivery or picks up the items from our warehouse.
Claiming Transit Insurance If you received an item which you suspect there may be damages during delivery, please do not sign the documents given by the courier company. If documents are signed for the safe delivery of your items, it will be difficult to claim for transit insurance. Please notify us immediately on the same day if you find any damages caused during delivery in order to claim for damages. You will need to provide photos of the damaged parts and your invoice number so we can send replacement parts.
Comfort Innovations does not except refunds. All sales are final.
We accept exchanges within 14 days from date of shipment. Buyer must provide the original invoice and arrange for the return of the items to our warehouse. We reserve the right to refuse any exchanges or refunds if the product has been assembled, if the product is damaged, the packaging has been opened, or if the product is not in perfect re-sellable condition.
There are no fees or charges to cancel your order before payment. A 5% administration fee will be charged for cancellations after payment, where a refund is required. You cannot cancel your transaction after you have made payment and the items have been sent or collected.

Are round trampolines better than a rectangular trampolines?
Round trampolines and rectangular trampolines are very similar to each other, neither trampoline is better than the other. From our experience, we do find that our rectangular trampolines offer a more powerful bounce with less effort compared to the round trampolines. We find the most popular trampoline size in the market is 8FT (244cm), 10FT (305cm) and 12FT (366cm) wide trampolines. The main reason is this size fits most backyards for people living in the metropolitan areas. So these are the trampoline sizes which we specialise in. Smaller trampolines generally fit better in small backyards, however as your children grow older they will prefer to jump on bigger wider trampolines. It is more fun jumping on larger trampolines and it becomes a good hangout spot for teenagers and adults. When purchasing a trampoline, you need to find out how much space you want to devote your backyard for a permanent trampoline structure. Here you will find your limitation to size.

Currently the biggest round trampoline we have is 12FT Jumparama Elite (366cm) in diameter and the biggest rectangular trampoline we have is 8FTx12FT (382cmx257cm) Jumparama Pro.
According the Australian Safety Standards, trampoline ladders must be sold seperately. Until you are confident that your child is capable of jumping on the trampoline without adult supervision, then we recommend you to purchase a ladder for convenience. Jumparama ladders are also sold separately and you can find this on our website under trampoline accessories. Please contact us if required any further assistance.
Different trampoline sizes have different maximum weight specifications. In general please limit the weight load to 100kg and jumping on the trampoline must only be one at a time. Since we keep upgrading our trampoline models to better designs and specifications, you should check the trampoline listings to find the maximum user weights.

No one will be home to receive the delivery. Can we have the trampoline left outside our house?
You can request for delivery items to be left outside your property, however it will be at the your own risk. Comfort Innovations Pty Ltd and our courier company will not take responsibility for items going missing or damaged if left outside your property. For items greater than 30kg, we require someone to be at home to assist with unloading the item of the truck. So for heavier items, someone will need to be at home to take delivery.
Yes, you can arrange for your own courier pick up. Please bare in mind that these are heavy equipment and packaged in large cartons and may require special instructions for delivery. Comfort Innovations Pty Ltd is not responsible for any damages during delivery. We do recommend you take out transit insurance from your courier company especially if they do not specialize in handling large fragile items. We do recommend that you use our courier service to save all the trouble and headaches in the event of any delivery mishaps. What happens if the item is damaged during delivery?
At Comfort Innovations we want to ensure the safe delivery of your trampoline, which is why postage insurance is inclusive on all our shipping quotes. If you suspect that the item is damaged, please do not sign any papers and contact us immediately. We will also require that you email us some photos of the damaged parts within 48hrs of delivery so we can replace the damaged or missing parts.
No we do not offer lay by's or installment plans. All products are to be paid in full before items can be picked up or delivered. This saves administration costs and storage costs as they are large items. Thank you for your understanding.
Comfort Innovations only has one showroom which is located in Sydney. We deliver many products interstate facilited by express couriers which does the shipping. We find that most of our customers are comfortable shopping online and purchasing our products on the web or over the phone. Payment is safe and most deliveries to the east cost of Australia arrives within a week unless otherwise stated. Deliveries to the west cost takes a little over a week. With many positive feedback from our customers, we believe that shopping online is the best way to go. Please don't hesitate to contact us for any questions you may have.
Proper maintenance and care will help to prolong the life of the trampoline and reduce the possibility of injury. All trampolines require maintenance at some point. Springs may need to be replaced, rail pieces may become bent, stitching in the mat and cover pads may become worn out. The following maintenance guidelines should always be observed.
MAINTENANCE INSPECTION Inspect the trampoline before each use and replace any worn, defective, or missing parts. The following conditions could represent potential hazards:
Missing, improperly positioned, or insecurely attached frame cover pads.
Punctures, frays, tears, or holes worn in the jumping mat or frame cover pads.
Deterioration in the stitching or fabric of the jumping mat or frame cover pads.
Broken or stretched springs.
A bent or broken frame.
A sagging jumping mat.
Sharp protrusions on the frame, cover pads or suspension system.
Damaged or degraded frame cover pads.
Caution: If any of the above conditions exist, your trampoline must be disassembled or otherwise protected against use until the conditions are remedied.
JUMPING MAT MAINTENANCE An item that poses one of the greatest hazards, is worn out or rotten stitching around the trampoline jumping mat. Stitching may fail within 1.5~3 years or earlier due to excessive use or exposure to extreme weather. In most case, evidence of deterioration will make itself known in the form of:
Broken stitching around the edge of the mat.
Rotten or frayed fabric at the V-Ring straps.
Caution: If any of the above conditions exist, your trampoline must be disassembled or otherwise protected against use until the conditions are remedied.
Trampoline mats should be completely replaced if any tear or hole is greater than 2.5cm in length. Patches over larger holes will eventually fail, creating a potential for hazardous injury.
HOT WEATHER PROTECTION The trampoline is designed for year-round outdoor use. However, Australia has extremely high UV rating compared to the rest of the world, constant exposure to direct UV radiation may increase the deterioration rate of the jumping mat, cover pads, and safety net. We recommend the trampoline be placed in a shaded area to protect the trampoline from sun damage. An alternative would be to use a weather cover, or construct a shade sail over the trampoline.
COLD WEATHER PROTECTION The trampoline is designed for year-round outdoor use. However, in climates where snow and ice are common, we recommend the trampoline mat, springs, and frame pad be removed and stored in a dry area out fo the snow or ice. To remove these parts, simply complete the instructions for installing them in reverse order. Use extreme care in removing any ice and snow that may have accumulated on the mat before removing the mat for storage. We suggest using a high pressure water hose and spray upward from underneath the trampoline, starting at the mats lowest point. Another option is to pour hot water on the ice and snow to melt it away. If left unattended in ice and snow, your trampoline jumping mat will accumulate weight in the middle, causing damage to your mat and springs.
RUST PROTECTION Overtime rusting may appear on the trampoline frame between joints, on frame under the cover pads, and on the springs. You can remove the rust affected areas by using a rust converter, such as “White Knight Rust Guard”, and simply apply to the affected areas. Then apply a galvanizing paint, such as “Wattyl Killrust Cold Galvit”, over the treated areas. These products can be purchased from your local hardware store. It is highly recommended that you perform regular maintenance of your trampoline against rust damage. Trampolines located near sea or salt water will suffer from rust damage at a quicker rate. Frequent maintenance against rust is essential.
WINDY CONDITIONS It is possible for the trampoline to be blown about by high wind. If you anticipate high winds, the frame should be secured to the ground with the use of heavy sandbags on each of the leg frames. If you anticipate severe winds, the trampoline should be moved to a sheltered location or completely disassembled. It is recommended that you remove the enclosure net and cover pads during windy conditions as these parts may get damaged.
MOVING THE TRAMPOLINE If you need to move your trampoline, it should be moved by at least four people, and kept horizontal during the move. Each person will need to grab a bottom rail (or leg support), and lift the trampoline up. Slowly move the trampoline to the desire location keeping it horizontal at all times, then lower the trampoline to the ground. The new trampoline location must be a flat level surface, an uneven surface may cause the trampoline frame to bend during use.
GENERAL CARE The trampoline is intended to be used for one person at a time. The user should either be barefoot or wearing gymnastic slippers. The user should remove all sharp objects from their person that may cause injury or damage to the trampoline mat. Heavy, sharp, or hard pointed objects should not contact the jumping mat surface. For additional stability place sand bags on the trampoline legs, this will prevent the trampoline from tipping over in the event of any sidewards force. Do not allow the family pet on the trampoline, as claws may snag and pull the trampoline mat material or damage the cover pads.
Hold onto pole net jacket and check that all the enclosure poles are sturdy by shaking it.
Check the enclosure net and pole jackets for any tearing in the stitching or material.
Check the enclosure net zipper and entrance hooks functions properly.
Check to see if all safety enclosure hooks are attached to the triangle ring underneath the trampoline.
Once all the checks are performed and the trampoline has passed all the initial tests (above), have one person test the trampoline by jumping on the center continuously for 5 minutes. If the trampoline feels sturdy then your trampoline passes the test. Congratulations, you have completed the trampoline safety test. Remember to abide by all the safety rules. Have fun, and play safe!
