• SHIPPING INSURANCE: All items shipped within Australia are covered by transit insurance for your peace of mind. Insurance for items shipped to other countries is optional at buyer's cost.
• Please note, S&H includes shipping and handling well as insurance cost if items are shipped to an Australian address, this fee is not negotiable.

Auction conditions:

• Please ensure you read through all our terms and conditions and our returns and exchange policies before bidding. All policies form part of the terms and conditions.　

• Once you have placed a bid on an item you are bound by these terms and conditions.

• Pickup is available for Buy-It-Now items Only.

• NO pickup service is provided for auction items.

• We may occasionally email you promotional or special offers which we believe you might be interested in.

Do not bid if you do not accept these conditions. If you bid on any item, it will be accepted that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms:

• Winning bidder is required to enter delivery address, If no delivery address is entered, then item will be shipped to buyer's registered address on eBay. Please ensure this address is correct, ozAuctionBroker is not liable if the delivery address is incorrect or incomplete.
• The Shipping and Handling fee includes postage, handling and insurance as well. Please do not bid if you disagree with it.
• Winning bidder needs to make payment within 7 days unless prior arrangement has been made. We will report to eBay's None Paying Bidder Program after 7 days, item will be re-listed.
• All items sold from ozauctionbroker on eBay, have to be checked out within 7 days from the end of auction. Winner would be able to combine the postage during checkout for any items won within 7 days, but no further items are to be added to the same order once the checkout process is completed.
• All items sent via Aus Post or other freight company are always carefully addressed and packed. However, we assume no liability for the late delivery or goods being missing or damaged while in transit. If such an event should happen, we will lodge inquiry with Australia Post Office or the freight company and claim compensation accordingly, the replacement will be sent to the customer once investigation is finalized. In such an event please allow up to 4 week for the investigation to be processed.
• Appropriate feedback will be given after transaction is completed and buyer has left feedback for us
• If problems do arise, please contact us prior leaving feedback, we will try our best to resolve any issues in accordance with our policies.
• While all care is taken, any errors or omissions are unintentional.

Returns and Exchange Policies

• Warranty issue: Please refer to our eBay auction listings for warranty information. Should item becomes faulty or DOA, if item carries warranty and it's within the warranty period, please refer to the Warranty Form inside your item package, or contact us to require a Warranty Form. No item will be accepted without a proper Warranty Form.
• Refund or exchange is only possible within 14 days of payment received except specified on the listing.
• For refund items, 20% of the winning price will be charged as eBay charges and restock fee.
• Products must be returned with all accessories included in their original packing materials, including cartons and boxes.
• Postage and Handling fee is non-refundable.
• Buyer is liable for the postage to return faulty/DOA product for warranty, exchange or refund.
• We are liable for sending replacement or warranty item back to the buyer, except in the case that the returned item is tested not faulty. In which case, it is buyer s liability to pay for the postage cost to send the item back to buyer.
• We reserve the right to refuse return, refund, or exchange of any items.
