General Terms and Conditions
- In making a bid, buyer agrees to comply with the terms and conditions as herein stated and all of the warranty and return policy written by Seller.
- Payment for all merchandise must be completed within 7 days from the date of the wining auction. Only after full payment including postage has been received can the item be shipped to the winning bidder.
- Shipping and handling charges will be charged as stated on the page of every listing. Fees charged are not negotiable.
- Non-paying bidder will be reported to eBay after 7 days of winning auction, and will be billed for the listing fees for the item and we willforward the non-paying bidder to collection agency and will be charge for the legal fees. Please do not bid if you are not goingto purchase the item. (No exceptions)
- Seller adheres to all trading rules set by eBay and Consumer Affairs Victoria.
- Seller shall not be liable for any errors, incidental, or consequential damages in connection with the furnishing, performance, or use of any products purchased. Every effort will be made to describe the item for sale accurately, however any errors is unintentional.
Shipping and Handling
- Pick up or combine postage for all items sold by Seller is not available, as we may arrange shipping directly from our suppliers. We do apologize for any
inconvenience. (No exceptions)
- Item will not be dispatched until payment has been received in full. Postage/handling is not refundable !!
- Registered post & insurance is highly recommended. We are not responsible for any loss, stolen, or damage during delivery. Unless customer bought the insurance.
- Delivery time for most of area is 2-5 working days. (Note: delivery times do vary please allow up to 14 working days for delivery)
- Once the payment has been received goods will be shipped out in 2 working days. All items sent via Australia Post or other freight companies are always carefully addressed and packed. However, we assume no liability for late delivery or goods being missing or damaged while in transit. If such an event should happen, we will assist winning bidder to track the item or seek any possible compensation. If item is insured, we will lodge inquiry with freight companies and claim compensation accordingly, we will then post replacement/refund to winning bidder once investigation is finalized. In such an event please allow up to 4-6 week for the investigation to be processed.
- Before bidding, you must agree on the shipping price. We will not accept any complaints on shipping prices and any negative feedbacks left on shipping prices will not be accepted.

Warranty Return and Refund Policy
- Buyer must contact the product manufacturer directly for all warranty and support services including DOA (Dead on arrival) within the warranty period of each item. (All shipping costs to / from manufacturer or service centre is the responsibility of the owner/purchaser.)
- Proof of purchase is required for all claims and buyer must organise freight at their own expense.
- The warranty does not cover all accessories and bonus gifts. Such as, batteries, cables, earphones and carry bags etc.
- Customer can choose full refund if item is not available or not as advertised.
- Oz best Choice reserves the right to refuse any return, refund, or exchange.
- Postage and handling charged with your order is a non-refundable cost, unless the item you purchased was listed incorrectly online or you were shipped a different product from you ordered.
