We have absolutely everything in balloons and balloon decor, partyware, decorations and dress up accessories to make your party a success!
The company was founded by Adrian Peters-Smith in 1991 and was originally named BALLOON-A-TIC. Through balloon vending at shopping centres, fairs and markets to corporate balloon decor, we transformed this small business into WA’s largest and most successful party store and balloon decorators. In 1994, BALLOON-A-TIC ceased and Party Town was born giving more customers more opportunity to shop with us personally.
We attend the International Balloon Artists Convention and Party Show annually in the USA and keep up to date with all the new products and ideas to increase the reality of you getting the very newest in design, product and service possible. Our key staff are either “Certified Balloon Artists” or in training to be ensuring you receive a professional level of service whether on site or in the store.
Our store is located on Stirling Hwy (just look for Elvis out the front!) heading south to Fremantle with easy parking beside the store. We carry $10M public Liability both in our store and on site and are very proud to say that to date we have a 100% safety record.

We are Australia 's most innovative designers of props, sets, themeing and fabric sculptures. Supplying quality décor for Events, Conferences, Conventions, Balls plus costume accessories, corporate gifts and giveaways.
Originally established in 1993 as Party Town - a Balloon and Partyware Store, in 1996 added Incredible Concepts providing Corporate Décor/Themeing and services to quality Corporate companies across Australia and Asia.
In 2005 Incredible Concepts installed an art department to design props/sets and fabric art sculptures in Perth Western Australia and are manufacturing offshore to ensure we can provide any design and concept to be both "Incredible" in structure and value for money anywhere in the world.
