This has been a part time hobby for years

Most of our Really Great Stuff is hard to find or out of print collectables ( music / tv / film / sports ) ad photos, pictures, prints, photographs and posters which you probably could not otherwise find

The main focus lately has been print advertisements ( mostly music groups, guitar pictures, instruments and movie promos ) these are becoming quite the collectable.

Before eBay to get selection like this would have been next to impossible. Now with help from sellers like us who spend hours sourcing, searching and cutting old out of print magazines you are able to get these excellent items, which you would have never been able to get before.

Often the closest you can get to a poster is an ad ( also known as advert / adverts / ads / advertisement / advertisements )

These are great conversation pieces and probably bring back lots of memories. Here are some common uses for the ads - display in homes and business, give as gifts, fill in your specific collection, start a shrine, create a website of your favorites, scrapbook them, use instead of wallpaper etc. We even have had some of the musicians, musuems, specialty collectors and other people directly involved bring back a piece of their history.

Picture ads of course look fantastic framed ( unlike other sellers who charge a high premium and increased shipping price for preframed pictures in standard frame - we feel it should be your choice what you want to do with it )

We ship via Airmail to US or Overseas through the post office. Canada is via regular mail

Due to volume and demands of work and family we now ship usually only 1 or 2 times a week

Mail from Canada can be very fast 2 or 3 business days but sometimes it can take up 14 days and very occasionally a little longer, we have no control after shipped.

Usually we offer a flat rate Airmail shipping fee which covers all or part of the price of postage ( as the rates just went up and the US dollar is not as strong as before )occasionaly the price helps to partially offset our packaging costs such as protected mailers but on most items we actually pay part of the shipping.

Surface Mail Rates May Be Available On Larger Items or for Overseas Inquire

If you are a fellow Canadian please note that anything larger than an oversized letter ( ie magazine, music book, dvd ) will cost more as Canada Post calls it a parcel and charges a premium rates. However smaller items probably cost less than to the US.

I appreciate most types of music but have always leaned to the Rock side of things.

Music has been a hobby forever and regularily has helped win on Rock Trivia - having personally seen at least 500 bands in concert ( 1st was Supertramp - last bands you have heard of was Rob Zombie and Ozzy Osbourne )I have a music collection in multiple formats of over 10000 songs ( which would be at least 1000 albums worth ), listen to an average of 8 or more hours of music a day since I was young, also been a dj at an amusement park, read 1000s of music magazines, and try to play a little guitar for fun.

My personal collection includes 100s of posters, tour books, ads, vintage magazines, buttons, pictures, albums, cds and other neat collectables.

Here are a few samples of my favorite bands ( there are way too many to list them all essentially all the ' good ' classic rock of the 60s/70s ) ie. Led Zeppelin / Pink Floyd / Deep Purple / Chilliwack / Beatles / Rolling Stones / Doors / Supertramp / Alice Cooper / Animals / T-Rex / Guess Who / Mott & the Hoople/ Aerosmith / Bad Company / Jethro Tull / Rush / Doors / Kiss / etc )

The 80s/90s also rocked again way too many to list ( Guns and Roses / Van Halen / Scorpions / Pearl Jam / STP / AIC / Mother Love Bone / Nirvana / RHCP / Sublime - etc )

Some of the more recent favorites ( Tool / Sum 41 / Godsmack / Greenday / Finger Eleven / POD / Linkin Park etc )

My all time favorite ( since I was 9 is Ozzy / Black Sabbath ( which I have a huge personal collection including about 300 different buttons plus lots of posters and magazines )

Here is a list of some bands that I really think should have made it bigger but didn't ( 5 of the 11 bands are from Canada and had reasonable success here )I would suggest listening to if you haven't heard before ( Headstones / Age of Electric / Crop Circle / Sublime / See Spot Run / Econoline Crush / I Mother Earth / Posies / Concrete Blonde / the Refreshments / Cracker )
